The best thing which I like in this institute in this college in this university is we the communication of a student will increase and the person met many peoples with other states other culture so its very interesting to live in lpu
In our campus there is a mall where you can buy your buy or play games and there are many more things in our campus playground physical education hall swimming pool shooting range I like campus beauty also

Dislikes

The timing of classes is it to high our classes is start from 9 to 5 we get bored with this
It's hostel is too much expensive and food is very very bad

Likes

The Best thing about the college is the infrastructure, it is absolutely marvelous and modern. All necessary tech related things are available at the campus. It also has a dedicated Mac Lab and specific Companies related Labs such as Capgemini.
The variety of specializations offered in every field, such as in CSE, almost every kind of specialization is available at the campus with highly qualified faculty.
The diversity at the college, it is like a mini gathering of India in Phagwara with students coming from various backgrounds and states and even many countries promoting National and International Unity.

Dislikes

The crowd at the university, like there is too much intake of students in specifically CSE field. No limit on intake and level.
The high cost of living inside the campus, the items inside the campus are costly in comparison to nearby area.
The Boys to Girls ratio is too low, somewhere around 9:1.

Internships Opportunities:

The interniship and placements cell at LPU is very active. There are too many companies visiting the campus for Internships such as Google, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, ISRO, DRDO etc. with stipends ranging from 15k to 1.5lakhs per month.

The Campus life is very engaging, students get opportunities to make new friends.
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained
Most of the teachers are Phd. They are highly experienced

Dislikes

The Teacher's complete the syllabus very fast.
The faculty does not provide home assignments to the students
The classes timings are very odd for few set of students.

Internship opportunities are available in the college. Many companies like google, microsoft, adobe, comptia and many more gives opportunity to the students for internship. The facility of paid internship is also available in the college for students who wants to get an industry experience.

I didn't like the food here need to improve a little bit

Internship opportunities are decent with companies offering roles in area like technical support marketing etc and some positon come with a responsible stiped . The project they assign are partical and help to bulid real skills rather then just theory they really try to build our skills. The placement cell support students with perfect guidence and interview preparation through competation which is going on the market. The competation is high soo you need to be proactive. Overall the experience is useful if you take it seriously and you really want to study otherwise it was all waste if you dont serious about studies and all the acitivy.

LPU is a top class university!

Likes

Girls can feel utterly secured as we can move without any restrictions inside the campus.
Residential facilities are as good as one have at their homes.
Events and functions at our university garner national coverage as they are of that magnitude.

Dislikes

Mostly Punjabi is spoken inside the campus as even though so many outsiders but still Punjabi is the first language at the campus.
Campus is too huge and it takes almost 2-3 hours to take full circle at the campus.

My plan is to pursue masters but placements at LPU are best. Over 100 tech comapnies have tie-ups with our university and all of them are of highest regard. From Code tech to Flipkart and Google every big tech company come to our campus. Student have bagged packages close to 1 crores as well from LPU campus.

Campus is very nice and very much lush green 600 acre Campus
Campus is fully safe 24 by 7 security will be there.
Campus has over 6500 plus camera in campus

Fee is too high and the teacher are moderate

Engineering students have also received opportunities with ISRO and DRDO in research-oriented roles. Fields covered range from software development, data analysis, cloud computing, electronics engineering, product design, business development, digital marketing, finance, management, and biotechnology. Many internships come with stipends, especially those with major multinational companies, while some academic research and startup roles may offer low or no stipend but provide valuable skill-building exposure. lovely professional university truly lives up to its name when it comes to infrastructure the campus is huge well maintained and filled with modern facilities like smart classrooms high tech labs a massive central library Wi-Fi everywhere ,hospital .
The teachers are well qualified and very supportive most of them hold M tech or PHD degrees and they focus more on practical learning and project based teaching rather than just theory they guide us personally during projects hackathons and such work
LPUS placement cell Dops is quite active big companies like Microsoft Amazon Cognizant Infosys and Wipro visit for recruitment the average package around 10 to 12 lakh for CSC and the highest package crosses 60,00,000 per annum sometimes

Dislikes

Although the tuition fees reasonable the hostile and mess fees are on the higher side if you choose AC rooms or food from multiple outlets the monthly expenses go up quickly explicitly for middle class students
does seventy five percent attendance route is strictly enforced even a few missed classes can reduce your mark or block exam visibility this can feel stressful sometimes
Due to the huge number of students sometimes the personal interaction with teachers is limited in a few courses you have to take initiative to get extra help

Internships Opportunities:

LPU offers a wide range of intensive opportunities to help students gain real world industrial experience although I personally haven't done an internship yet many of my seniors and batchmates have shared their positive experiences the Universities division of career Services DCS actively connects students with reported companies for both paid and unpaid internship across different streams. Some of the well known companies that offer internship to LPU students include Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, HDFC Bank , ICICI Bank, Bosch, Tech Mahindra and Hero Motocorp. The roles generally offered are Software Development Intern, Data Analyst Intern, Marketing Intern ,Finance Intern, and Design Intern..The duration of internships ranges from 8 weeks to 6 months and stipends vary between 10000 to 50000 per month, depending on the company and performance. Students from engineering fields often work on projects like web development Iot devices or data analysts management student assets in market research digital marketing or financial planning projects these internships help students develop teamwork communication and problem solving skills many companies even offer pre placement offers PPO's top performing interns . Overall the intensive opportunities at LPU are well structured and industry oriented they help students gain professional exposure and practical skills making them more employable and confident for future careers

There must have been some misunderstanding. Let me clear it up as I have studied at this college. I can vouch for the fact that LPU is one of the best universities in India. In 2023, some LPU had an overall NIRF ranking of 46 and as a university ranked 38. For the Architecture category, LPU has a nIRF ranking of 16 compared to the 50th rank for Engineering category. NIRF has given LPU 32nd rank for the Management category and 17th for the Pharmacy category. To be precise, NIRF ranking is not the only benchmark when it comes to universities ranking. LPU has significantly ranked higher for the last free years both nationally and globally from different ranking bodies. For the QS World University Ranking of 2024, LPU has ranked 301 in the Asia category.
