The thing which I personally like about my university is the Placements the university
Education revolution in Lpu university in education revolution if we as a student have any talent like social media presence, revenue generation startup, MOOC course so we can get attandance, grade upgrade and Assignment assumption.
Teachers or faculties very supportive and helpful they really helps students in cv making, internship and placements.

Dislikes

Extra fees for placements drives apart from course fees.
Hostel fees and mess fees is quite expensive
Over crowd campus from that student feel lesser confident

Admission:

Actually one of my cousin was already have completed his MBA from Lovely Professional University so he personally suggest me to take admission hair and I also gave LPUNEST exam to get 30% of scholarship in first stage which was the great chance for each and every students to take benefit of the LPUNEST exam. And the placement of LPU is also quite good as compared to other private universities and it very famous for exposure as well as interact with students across the world. LPU has a good reputation as well as good reviews in internet. AND MY PARENTS ALSO SUGGEST ME TO TAKE ADMISSION IN LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY.

Popular cultural events one india khelo india tournaments like basketball volleyball badminton cricket, different varieties of social,cultural,sports clubs for extracurricular activities.
There is a mall mall setup under the college name UNIMALL, 3 Auditorium for event celebration, varities of popular foodcourts canteen terese cafes and canteen in every college, central mess, Multiple grounds and sports complex, swimming pool.

HOSTEL PRICE COMPARE TO HOSTEL FACILITIES NOT WORTH IT. MESS FOODS GOOD AT STARTING BUT GETTING WORSE LATER.

Smart class room with ac facility and there is library in each block and also a central library where we can get any books journals according to our requirements
The faculty are very supportive the best thing is that even if we have doubt after the lecture they are ready to explain it in a free time they don't refuse
The college provides a lot of practical exposure ,seminars which enhance our knowledge which help to get real world experience and to relate the theoretical learning with practical aspects.

Dislikes

Admission:

I chose Lovely Professional University for my over other colleges due to its expansive campus, practical training focus, and strong placements. I have also given various entrances exams like for BHU, CLAT FOR NLUS but unfortunately because of lack of preparation and time I was not able to crack entrances.

LPU Jalandhar is a nest!

Our curriculum was solely industry based and thus there was no nonsense in academics.
Cost of education was not high as the kind of facilities provided truly justify the money that they charge.
Once you qualify for a scholarship it keeps continuing.

Dislikes

80% mandatory attendance was difficult as I had to go home inbetween and maintaining that kind of attendance was very difficult for me.

Besides LPU, I tried Symbiosis Institute of Technology and MIT Manipal. I had confirmed admission from MIT Manipal and I almost joined that but then between the old ajorse and new horse which is LPU, I chose LPU as my LPU Nest score was much better and I was also offered a substantial scholarship as well.

I never saw an Olympic size pool but for the first time I saw 3 such pools as they are there at our campus.
We also have rarest of the rare sports facilities such as fencing too.
Our university has made placements to over 500 plus organization so far.

Dislikes

Barring our department students hardly get core area placements.

Our university entrance is now given by around 100k students. The experience campaigner is what our university is and they organize our entrance LPU Nest in a way that every student scoring well are also awarded scholarships too.

Some of the faculties are too good while providing the knowledge or education are they are having highly Industrial Experience and have a vast knowledge of the industry.
The boy and girl ratio of my class is almost equal which even helps for a good competitiveness and enjoy the time being around my classmates as they are helpful even.
The campus life is full of opportunities and the social interaction is highly rated even i had made many friends from different states, Countries and the college infrastructure is really good love the time over there in the campus.

Dislikes

Like many of the faculties teaching style is a bit complicated to understand like they are teaching it without having a proper plan or without a industrial experience.
The teaching process is very much outdated like there will be a burden of assignments which almost gives no time foe personal enhancement
The Systems or the Computer Rooms provided by the college are fully outdated which creates a big problem while giving the examinations and even leraning during the class hours.

Admission:

I actually applied for the Asian Institute Of Design in Banglore, the reason for not choosing that college is bit expensive and also no hostel facilities. No I didn't Received any rejection and I had actually cleared the qualifying exam. For Joing lpu u just nned to complete your higher secondary education and then yu can join the college through different methods like Entrance Examination and all.

Not just professors but even security guards of LPU are so co-operative.
Our university invest a lot in making the facilities better for students.
Last but not the least our university serves only the vegetarian food.

i like the infrasture that the college providing to the students in the affordable course fee

i didn't applied to any other college but my friends wrote the other entrance exams like srm and after getting the result and scholarship we campared the fee structure and facilities providing by the universities we thought that my university is better than those in every aspect. coming to the admission process you have to write an college entrance exam and you will get scholarship based on those marks and the eligibilty is 60% in 10th and 12th board to write that entrance exam.

As per my knowledge, the expected LPUNEST 2024 cutoff for the BTech course is 150 to 300 marks out of 400.

LPU offers every year the National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for around 150+ courses. Every year more than 75,000 students join the LPUNEST exam. Apart from the LPUNEST exam, LPU accepts CUET or JEE Main score for BTech admission.

What is the cut off marks for LPU NEST? How do we get scholarships based on it?

LPUNEST is conducted for admission to several courses. The cut-off completely depends on the course you are applying for. I did my BA LLB from LPU. The LPUNEST is of 200 marks. I scored 165 marks and easily got admission and a scholarship. The LPUNEST cut offs vary as per your category as well.
