Pass with 55% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years, subject to qualifying LPUNEST *

In case a student has not studied computer as a subject in graduation, then he or she shall have to go through the bridge or additional courses (subjects) which may be scheduled before the commencement of classes or along with the regular classes. LPU MCA Course
Lovely Professional University offers MCA course in general mode for students who have cleared their UG degrees. Students will be admitted based on their merit scores. Admission to the LPU MCA course is made in various phases based on the available seats and other factors. In addition, LPU also offers MCA in distance learning via Lovely Professional University Distance Education.
LPU MCA Eligibility Criteria
MCA (Regular) & MCA (Hons.): BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or B.A. or B.Com. or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics or Statistics or QT or Business Math as one of the subjects at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying CUET or LPUNEST.
MCA (Distance Education): Graduation from a recognized university.
Important Note: If the student doesn't have any background in computer science, they must attend bridge/additional courses in addition to the course subjects.
LPU MCA Application Process
Application forms for the MCA course at LPU are available on the institute's official website. Follow the steps given below to apply for MCA at LPU:
Step 1: Register as a new user
- Visit the official website of LPU.
- Click on 'Apply Now' given on top of the home page.
- Register on the LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email, mobile no., state, gender, and password). The email ID used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering.
- Login to the LPUADMIT with an already created username/ password.
Step 2: Application Process
- Fill out the application form and select the program of your choice.
- Upload the documents.
- Recent Photograph
- Matriculation Marksheet
- Qualifying exam Certificate/ Marksheet. If the applicant is claiming a scholarship based on previous qualifications, he/ she is required to submit the previous qualifications exam certificate/mark sheet. In case the exam certificate/mark sheet is not available at the time of filling out the application form (recently appeared), it may be submitted at a later date.

Step 3: Apply for LPUNEST
LPUNEST is an online test that acts as a gateway to the program you are interested in. Admission to this program is done based on performance in LPUNEST. In addition, LPUNEST also acts as a Scholarship test and students can avail of huge scholarships based on performance on this test.
- The cost of the Application form and Soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit is INR 1000 (for Boys) and INR 500 (for Girls).
- The cost of the Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is INR 1500 (for Boys) and INR 1000 (for Girls).
Step 4: Book the exam slot and appear for LPUNEST
- Book the slot (preferred date and time) to appear in the LPUNEST Exam.
- Appear and qualify for the exam.
Step 5: LPUNEST Result
- Get your scorecard/ rank.
- Download the allotment letter and proceed for admission within 7 days after the declaration of the result.

My academic fee is about 1lakh excluding hostel expenditure' with registration fee of rs 15000 The faculty in department is more skilled and compensative The university welcomes students with almost various scholarships provided by both state and central govt

- I like the management of the college everyhting is well managed there
- Faculties and staff of the college is very helpful. They listen to the students problem and try to solve it as soon as possible
Dislikes
- Very strict rules of eveything. If you break the rules they warn you 2 or 3 times after that they remove your scholarship.
- Very crowded. They are no limits of the admission.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The course fee is structured as rs 160000 per year divided into 80000 per semester. Additionally there is a one time regiatration fee of rs 1000 and an examination fee of 4000 per semester totally 8000 annually. Placement preparation fee is 1000 for additional sessions. Scholarship is given based on the entrance exam marks. Max 50% scholarship is provided. My fee was 44000 per semester but some of my friends fee was 60000 per semester.

- Campus life is very good like engaging campus activities and good social interaction. Faculty is also very good and supportive nature andand effective mentorships.
- Strong support for advancement and effective placement services. Here campus placement is very good
Dislikes
- Hug amount of students i suggest take limited seat for admission.
- Focus on pratical knowledge for every department

My semester fee was 53600 including all charges and examination fee was 1500 every semester which is not included in semester fees but overall fee was 80000. I get scholorships based on our graduation marks.My overall scholorship was 38% so i pay everyear 107200.

- I like to the most infrastructure of University alone with college life rules discipline and eco friendly atmosphere of University
- In the terms of academic each student is having their personal mentor if the student is facing any type of issue related to academic University then that a student can discuss with their mentor.
Dislikes
- Boring schedule and placement sale behaviour in the final year they are only targetting US that get any of a letter doesn't mean that you are in good company or bad company
- As we wear a student of computer application in spite of we were not getting proper lab facilities and practical knowledge

- Per year my college fees was 168000 where 160000 was college fees and 8 thousand was exam fees also I got scholarship of 80000 per year. - Most of the student was getting facility of a scholarship as per the entrance performance and the I was selected in first category so I was getting 50% of his scholarship in my academic fees. - there is n number of scholarship available in college like as per category in entrance exam, or previous academy performance (if that is more than 80% then only applicable), as per sports quota and great chance for the physical handicapped students really colleges supporting a student in the terms of scholarship and opportunity

- the campus is best as for environment. it's greenery everywhere and i found that pretty impressive
- the faculty at it's best. the extra curricular activities they provide is the best of it.
Dislikes
- the pollution is the main point I didn't liked...it is the worst part
- to some extent I found peer pressure is too much over here.

I'm paying 16000 PA include everything. it may be tution fee hostel charges everything is included and i think it's quite reasonable.The college and faculty is best and with this fee structure they are providing the best.

- Classroom canteen extra curricular activities engaging teachers are not to big lectures on less syllabus which is covered easily good faculties medical rooms a better stage for performing students for their personality development
- Classroom chart to gold well maintained in students can have a peaceful mind while study
Dislikes
- Canteen food is not that hygienic but if you go for hygienic there more options
- Classrooms are to big in size teachers cannot give attention to one

Not that good not that bad I will say average but good in studies and curricular activities if student is interested he can perceive in sports college will help out them to play in advance level Facilities are good to go you can even choose better ones if you are in hostel

- I like the campus there are so many food courts available which are open till evening and the campus is so much large i think its around 600acre which is quite a lot good
- As for the teaching staff they are also quite helpful you will also get your personal mentor which help you whenver you are suffering from anything and can arrange meeting with HOD and can give advices on whichever subject you are performing bad .
Dislikes
- Even if they are providing good fascility i have to pay them a lot of amount of money which unbalanced thing the course fee are very high if you didn't have any scholarship then you have to give full money to them
- The other thing i disliked that this university is so much crowded there are a lot of many students which affect its looks it always seems fill with students which are a lot of students that's the thing i disliked on them

I paid per year 200000 rupees for my 2 semesters fees , which covered my tution fees and as for admission fee and registration fee i have to provide 10000 rupees extra which automatically got deducted when i pay my remaining amount of money . You have to provide some LPUNEST examination and have to perform on category bases where you will give test on the basis of your general knowledge and get the sholarship amount Name of the schoalrships you can get either LPUNEST , or any other scholarships my other batchmates get another scholarships also according to their quotas

- Infrastructure of the university and facilities provided in the classroom-Like in every class there is 2 acs,Charging points,Smart Boards,and high quality pcs in lab.
- Facilities provided by university-like there are unihospital in our university which have mbbs doctors if there is any type of problem then you will be visited there.
Dislikes
- Hostel Timing and some restrictions-Like the hostel timimg for girls is 8 pm in summers so that is not good
- Non Veg is not provided in university like it is prohibited in university so that think i did not like

1.Our college takes fees as a semester wise so 100000(1 lakh per sem for MCA)ie 200000(2 lakh for a year) ~I am paying 60000 per sem as its a category C cut off which is given by LPUNEST exam. 2.There are vairous scholarship provided by University ~University topper over top 50 NAAC++ Ranking university-100% scholarship with 4 seater non AC room ~LPUNEST Score more than or equal to category A cutoff or 95% or above in Graduation or 98% above in 12th-60%scholarship ie (40000 per sem)

Semester wise 26500 per semester. 1500 for registration first time Everyone's fees are same . I'm studying online that's why there's no scholarship, Not even the international semester exchange or other programs .
