so I have always heard a lot about some voices so that is the reason also it is very similar to the course that my friends had done from NMIMS so that draw me to the course where the subjects were relevant to the field. I am into. Which made me jumping with the course and positive with this because it will only make sense when you are learning something which is relatable to you and applicable to whatever things you are doing at your job or in your life, so that is the reason I choose this subject. The curriculum is very apt and very relevant, which makes the weightage of the programme very high and very attractive. So that is the major reason I choose this and we have live lectures which we can attend, but in case you're not able to attend the live lectures there are the recorded lectures which are always kept for you. You can refer to them any time in the middle of the night or any time. You want their always available on the portal, which is a good thing. Then also books have been sent to you every semester, which is a very helpful thing in case not not able to refer so much from online or recorded lectures. You can go through the book which is very helpful and railway topics coming examination, so that is one of the best things and the books are actually very knowledgeable and in-depth insights about everything in the book market trends. The industry trends, the knowledge and many surveys and many people experiences have been shared and all of that so the focus one of the most best thing you can do in the course also There are a lot of improvement areas also which could have been done in terms of notes. They could have given us some important notes or questionnaire which is missing. So this one thing could have been done, but yeah, that is no terrace of now so this could be improved that I guess lectures and books are quite well, versed and simplified, so there is no problem in that so all the syllabus is relatable and reliable as well, so yeah it's overall it's

The college provides fare placements, but still there is a chance of improvement especially for the field of data science. From our batch 100% of students got placed, but keeping the scope of field in mind, the average package is low as compared to the investment

The course curriculum is very good like all things going very smoothly but at the time of the exam again struggle phase comes into the picture. They is no area of improvement all facilities are doing the best to teach us

The placements claims made are entirely false and not specified anywhere on the college website the offers provided are very low and doesn't justify any returns any suitable candidate ends up doing a very low profile role and the placements start from the third semester and to be precise on the batch strength of 80 only a few people get placed

I have done MBA IN Human Resource and HR to me is like human relations. Symbiosis is a well known reputed instiuition and the name itself says everything.Every second individual who wants to do MBA wants to get admission in symbiosis as its amongst the best instituition.

Our college provides summer placements in first semester and final placements in last semester. Companies visited during 2022 summer placements are Top FMCGs like Colgate, HUL, Asian paints, Pidilite, ITC, TCPL, etc.. and Accenture strategy, BCN, Avalon, Deloitte etc for consulting, companies like Cipla and GSK from pharma industry, Bajaj Auto, Maruti from automobile sector. You can find full details of companies visited on SIBM Pune's official website. All students got the offer, for summers highest packabe was 4.4 lakhs for 2 months and 3 lakhs average. For final placements profiles offered are - Area sales manager, marketing manager, Product management, consultants, data analysts. Highest package for 2023 was 34 lakhs and average was 26 lakhs. 100% of students got the placements, and I plan to work in a marketing profile after getting this degree.

The institute offers 100% placements. By the end of 1st Semester, the college starts the Summer Internship Program Placements for the students. There are companies such as Asian Paints, Tata Motors, Crisil, and AkzoNobel that come for hiring summer interns. Even for Final Placements along with these above-mentioned companies, there are others as well - Delloite, Adani, Nestle, etc. There is a varied placement profile for the students. The highest package offered is 39 LPA, and the average package is 13-15 LPA. There are many students who are also offered packages ranging from 18-20 LPA.

The college provide us with both the summer placements and final placements. Here, we have recruiters from legacy companies like ITC, HUL, Col-PAL, etc as well as the well to domstartup comapnies. As here we have 5 programs on the campus namely MBA in HR, MKT, FINANCE, BA & IDM. The offers varied for each specialization. I want to lead an empowering corporate life after passing out form here.
