The MBA in International Business at Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune is the flagship 2-year full-time residential postgraduate program under Symbiosis International (Deemed University). Established in 1992, the program is specifically designed for careers in global business management, covering subjects such as Global Business Environment, Export and Import Management, Global Strategic Management, Trade Finance and Forex Risk Management, International Financial Management, International Marketing, Global Supply Chain, and Foreign Languages. Students can additionally specialize in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resource Management. The total academic fees for the 2026-2028 batch are Rs. 20,62,000 (Rs. 5,15,500 per installment x 4), plus a refundable institute deposit of Rs. 20,000. Hostel accommodation is mandatory on campus. The program has an intake of 150 seats and admission is based on SNAP scores followed by Group Exercise and Personal Interaction (GEPI). In 2025 placements, the highest package was Rs. 27.60 LPA and the average package was Rs. 16.20 LPA.

Admissions for the 2026-2028 batch are currently in progress. The SNAP 2025 exam was conducted in December 2025 and results were declared on January 9, 2026. The GEPI process was held in February 2026, and the first merit list was announced on March 12, 2026. The programme is set to commence on June 1, 2026. For the 2027-2029 batch, SNAP 2026 registration is expected to open in August 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be graduates from any recognized University or Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% for SC/ST candidates).
• Students appearing for their final year bachelor's degree examination may also apply provisionally; their admission will be subject to obtaining the minimum required marks at the qualifying examination.
• A valid SNAP score is mandatory for applying to SIIB MBA-IB. Candidates from any academic background (engineering, science, commerce, arts, etc.) are eligible.

Admission Process

• Register for SNAP at snaptest.org and appear for the SNAP Computer Based Test (up to 3 attempts; best score considered).
• Register separately on the SIIB website (siib.ac.in) and pay the programme registration fee before the SIIB registration deadline.
• Shortlisted candidates based on SNAP scores are called for Group Exercise and Personal Interaction (GEPI) at SIIB Pune.
• Final merit list is prepared based on a composite score of SNAP score, Group Exercise (GE), and Personal Interaction (PI).
• Selected candidates must pay the first installment of fees at the time of admission to confirm their seat.
