SIIB Pune Placement Report 2025
For the MBA in International Business, the highest package grew from INR 24.65 LPA in 2024 to INR 27.60 LPA in 2025. This is about a 12% rise. The average package went up from INR 13.51 LPA to INR 16.20 LPA, which is a 20% rise. The top 10 percent saw the biggest jump, from INR 18.89 LPA to INR 33.13 LPA. This is almost a 75 percent rise.
For the MBA in Energy and Environment, the placements got better. The highest package went up from INR 15.95 LPA to INR 19.20 LPA, which is a 20 percent rise. The average package grew from INR 11.81 LPA to INR 14.00 LPA, about a 19 percent rise. Although the top 10 percent stayed almost the same at INR 16.00 LPA.
Agri Business also recorded strong progress. The highest package touched INR 21.60 LPA, up from INR 16.18 LPA last year. The average package increased to INR 12.60 LPA from INR 10.04 LPA.
Overall, all three programs showed growth in 2025. International Business saw the biggest rise in top 10 percent packages. Agri Business had the highest growth in maximum salary. Energy and Environment showed steady growth in most areas.
