Remarks

Smooth and transparent. It was conducted on a merit basis and was a single day procedure. Results were declared within a month. GD topics were mixed- Current Affairs/General Issues/Business Affairs. Interview was based on current business knowledge, know how of technology and few subject related questions.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Exams were held twice a semester. Difficulty depended on the subject. Few exams demanded more hard work to understand and implement the concepts like- finance, microeconomics etc. Overall, exams were not that tough and the questions were asked only from what was taught in the classroom.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Internship opportunities are not so good. Many lands up getting zero stipends. Few companies offered PPO and a lucrative stipend but the intake was very minimal. More or less, would say that the average stipend was near 15000 per month.

Placement Experience

2.5

The placements are decent. One can expect anything between 8 lakh-12 lakh, on average. It also depends on the work experience of the candidate. The industry type of the participating companies was limited. No core jobs were offered.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is exorbitantly high. ROI is poor given the placement opportunities. Internship opportunities were less and the stipend offered was poor. Final placements were tougher as the participating companies were limited and the offering salary was not so attractive.

Campus Life

3.5

Though the entire course was very hectic, leaving very little time for self or other activities, still we had managed to participate in various clubs like dramatics, music, sports etc. The annual fest is conducted in the month of January.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Rooms had an attached washroom and an accommodation of 3 people in a room. We all had our single beds. As far as food is concerned, it was hygienic and tasty both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were served. On special occasions, the menu would be different.

Interview Experience

3

Yes, it was an internal part of the selection process. Topics widely ranged from current affairs, business affairs, general topics, issues etc. For preparation, I used to read newspapers and watch business news as much as I can.
