About my college life

The course curriculum of first and second semester is quite extensive where there were 16 and 14 subjects respectively. So, the exams used to happen for at least 3 weeks.The Exams And Labs were Very Frequent Leaving You With A Hectic Day and we urgently needed sleep once the exams were over.

The internships and job opportunities of the college are pretty good as past batch has been placed mostly in the third semester while the rest have been placed early in the last semester. Also, there is complete internship provided to the junior batch as well.

There are a lot of events which are celebrated in the college. Every department like International Business holds their IB conclave, AgriBusiness divison celebrates Agri Summit and Energy & Environment organises Enecon.

The hostel facilities are way above par. The quality of the food is very good and healthy though not that tasty always. Also, the menu is changed regularly and special dinner is provided on every special occassion like Christmas and Holi. Also, Hostel rooms are cleaned buy the staff twice every week.

I did my graduation in Zoology and while doing MBA there was no scope of doing MBA in any field related to Zoology so Agri Business management was the choice. The admission process was bifurcated into 2 parts. First the entrance exam and then second was GEPIWAT process which was a combination of Group Discussion, Personal Interview and written ability test.

The faculty of the college is very qualified and caring. Though there is a mix of some good and some not so good faculty but there intent of teaching is almost same. The faculty keep the students involved with the regular assignments so that students can learn individually as well as in a group.
