- Small but fully equipped campus as our campus has probably everything that an engineering college should possess.
- We have two high tech labs and there we have industry sponsored teaching.
- Our faculties literally strikes terror with their teaching as they are outstanding.
Dislikes
- In comparison to other campuses of Symbiosis ours is small and has just a few sports facilities.
- We also don't have in campus hostels which most Symbiosis campus otherwise has.

Placement Experience:
If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

- The serene surrounding of flora and fauna, hill top campus and the environment around me.
- The amenities provided by the institute like gym, library, swimming pool , table tennis court, basketball court, pool tables, football court etc.
Dislikes
- The distance to Pune city is too much, city life is missing here.
Placement Experience:
Form the first semester itself students will be starting to get the internship opportunities as we have to complete 2 months of internship after first year.
The third semester students, who come to campus after internship are all eligible for placements.
JPMC, CRISIL, BNY, Federal Bank, KPMG, Tresvista, NUVAMA are a few of the companies visiting college.
The highest CTC offered was INR 21.42LPA and the average CTC is INR 11 LPA.

- Central library the place where you find utmost peace and focus
- Sports facility where one feel alive and energetic
- Industrial exposure which get from guest seminars

Placement Experience:
Placements here are going well, preocess it utmost smooth . Before the training seasong starts we are trained well which encompasses of mock group discussion and personal interview and even sessions for having a practice of our technicals.

- There is almost equal ratio of Boys and Girls
- The Faculty is very professional, their teaching method is too good.
- There are almost 20 committees and a great collaboration among each other.
Dislikes
- There is a scope of improvement in respect to internship that the college provides.
- Less focus on extra curricular like sports
- Can definitely improve the quality of internship they bring to campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
The Curriculam is student centric and it is created in respect to the job demand and skills required by the market.
Guest lecture occurs on a regular basis which prepares the student to face the real life scienarios.

- Specialized and Relevant Curriculum - The focus on core finance subject in the first year, combined with pratical exposure through project and guest lectures.
- Faculty Expertise - Many Professors have extensive experience in banking and finance service industry, which allows them to provide valuable real world expertise.
- Strong Infrastructure and Campus life - The Campus is generally well regarded for its modern and clean infrastructure, the campus life is vibrant and engaging. the Boys to Girls is 51:49
Dislikes
- Heavy workload - The Academic rigour of the program can lead to a very demanding workload, tight schedule with numerous assignments and presentations make it a challenging experience
- Remote Campus Location - The Campus is located in Lavale which is in outskirts of pune so sometimes some services may not be available as per needs of students
- Food Quality of Mess - Sometimes the quality of food in mess can be a disappointing experience.
Placement Experience:
Placement percentage is 100% for all eligible students. Highest Package (CTC) the was offered was INR 21.24 LPA, Average Package (CTC) is around INR 11 LPA.
Major firm that consisently visit are JP Morgan Chase and co., CRISIL, BNY mellon, ICICI bank, KPMG etc.
The roles are specialized such as Financial analyst, Credit Manager, Wealth manager etc.

- the infrastructure of college is really good and all the resources are easily made available in the campus itself
- the college encourages a lot of extracurricular involvement of each an student and ensures real life competitive world participation
- has broad committees in the college for every student to participate which teaches many things apart from the syllabus
Dislikes
- the mess food is just tolerable and not that tasty
Placement Experience:
students are eligible for thr campus placements in the second year provide the student fulfils the eligibility crieteria. 100% placement assitance is given to all the students. The average package is 7 LPA and the highest is around 21 LPA.

- The Committee work in this college is filled with learnings and exposure, There are total 20 number of different committee, where we can learn alot and gain experience in the college.
- The Environment in the college is perfect, it is a dream place for any individual where the entire campus is filled with the mountains and clouds and serene
- The Exposure in the guest lectures is one of the best thing in the college, from each and every different fielf in finance the guest help us to share there experience in the college from there real life experiences and challenges.
Dislikes
- one of the thing that I dislike is quite paradoxical as the whether is so seren, it gets difficult to focus on studies some times.
- Another major thing that we haave a issue is that we get so much busy in our co curriculum and assignments in our college that it might get difficult to focus some to focus on our personal professional degrees
- The college environment and the entire friends group and the faculties are so sweet that we get too much focused on our studies besides our personal lives
Placement Experience:
Students Become eligible from 3rd semester onwards if they get the PPO from the company they were intern at.
The companies start coming from the third sem onwards for the placement procedure, The most eligible students gets selected by the different-different companies as per the criteria of the companies.

The placement is 100 percent for the eligible Students.

Likes
- Another thing which I liked the most is the rigorous curriculum designed for specifically banking and finance students plus the active participation criteria of the college in the committees which keeps the hobbies of the students intact.
- Third positive thin which I would point out is the industry experts who visits us during the guest sessions. It basically bridges the gap between classroom learning and the industry practicality of the way that work is being done.
- The ideal Girl to Boy ratio in SSBF is 51:49
Dislikes
- I personally disliked the mismanagement of the deadlines that the college provides us which is now being taken care of under the supervision of Director maam.
- I also dislike the quality of the mess food in our campus which is becoming worse day by day
Placement Experience:
The placements here are decent. For internship the record stands still at 100% and for the final pacements its 95% for all the eligible students.
If there wouldn't have been any placements here, I would've opted for the employement outside on my own as I have personal contacts and references in the bfsi industry.

- The college offers an amazing campus, with all kind afacilities including a swimming pool, gym and dedicated badminton court, squash court and massive football court on hilltop.
- The library is extensive and is a great place for spending time in peace while finishing up the task at hand, classrooms are suffecient and well equiped for a class of 65.
- The cafterias surrounding the college gprovide good and hygeniic food.
Dislikes
- The Food at the mess is average and on a scale of 1 to 10 deserves at 6/10, it could be improved further.
- The college needs more exposure and growth to be on par with it's rival colleges who offer higher placements and more services
Placement Experience:
after the first sem students have to sit for Summer Internship (SIP) and the median stipend for the same is not high and aroun Rs.10000. Few of the companies who visited yet are JP Morgan, BNY, Crisil and a few more, SIP process goes on until Dec . The highest stipend offered as of yet is 85000 per month and the lowest is unpaid. the college maintains a 100% placements every year, as for the final placemnets the process starts at same time, and much more companies come for placement.

- The Curriculum is very well designed, and is relevant to the current advancements. Many guest lectures are conducted providing exposure with industry Experts.
- Placements are a real plus. There is a good mix of companies from the BFSI sector that come with good and diverse job roles.
- The campus is really beautiful and peaceful. The amenities like sports facilities and libraries are really useful.
Dislikes
- The campus is disconnected from the city that sometimes is inconvenient.
Placement Experience:
The placements of the colleges are great with diverse job roles in the BFSI industry. The pool of companies that come for hiring are core banking and finance companies that are a great steeping stone into the industy.
