other colleges i have applied for are other siu universities provdiving a finance specialisation but chose symbiosis school of banking and finance because of it niche curriculam and industry exposure. i have also applied for the IIMs but unfortunatenatly couldnt get past the cutoff of such esteemed colleges. the admission process of siu includes the a SNAP exam and then followed by GD/PI process....Read More

i applied for multiple colleges which include, Goa Institute of Management, TAPMI Manipal, and had given the interviews for the same, i failed to clear them and thus joined SSBF which i had kept as backup but was the second last option of the four with wellingkar being the last, as SSBf offered me more knowledge and a more focused curriculum , i joined this college because without an mba most candidates get only sales role and thus get stuck in the loop, a college who would give me such focused knowledge and understanding of finance would definetly push me ahead in terms of finding a good job in the longterm. As far as the admission process is concerned , the process included group activity and the second round included a personal interview with some of the senior faculty members. On parameters of comparison, SSBF stands higher interms of education and standard of living amoung the four colleges as listed, in terms of placement, i would rank it a 6/10 and on the lower side of the four...Read More
