I dint apply to any other college other than this. After registration I had to attend a personal interview post which I was selected. Entrance exams scire above 90% is accepted like Gmat, Cat etc. Scholarships are also provided based on the scores.

This institute is 153 years old and having specialised courses for Construction Project Management and Real Estate. Admission will be based on the entrance exam taken before an interview and the admission will start from the month of February. The college should be preferred to others because of highly skilled and experienced faculties and great infrastructure with advancement along with the trend or market studies. This institute having an official website from which an eligible candidate can apply for the course he belongs to.

Good is well structured syllabus by industry people to give professional knowledge to students. Bad can't be found in any aspects. Admissions are taken through competitive exam marks or entrance exam and personal interview. Admissions start year before to the date of commencement of semester one. Preference to this college is due to its presence in all over the globe gives opportunities to the students. Recommended by family friend and searched directly in browser.

College management is a bit a low. Overall the university has best infrastructure.

The course curriculum is very well design and laid. Since it is a specialised kind of a course of BBA the syllabus is designed keeping in mind the demand of the industry. Exams are held in semester wise manner. Two semester exams are conducted in one single year. Practical and theoretical both exams as a part of semester examination.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
