RICS Mumbai and NICMAR have launched new campuses recently, but the Indore and Delhi campuses of NICMAR, as well as the Mumbai campus of RICS, are relatively unknown and lack proper infrastructure.

RICS, an international university, creates construction experts and develops its own methodology, codes, and standards (New Rule for Measurement-1,2,3 (NRM-1,2,3)).

NICMAR, Bhadani, and RICS are good for Indian work. RICS is beneficial for MNC exposure and international careers. RICS offers Quantity Surveying, Real Estate Management, and Construction Project Management courses. RICS offers a high package and has over 500 MNC partners for summer internships and placements.
