- The teaching was good until 1st year after that it was not that great in 3rd sem but in 4th sem it was horrible. Classes were not being conducted regularly and faculties teaching quality also declined. Importance given to internships and placements.
Placement Experience:
After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management.
Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:
In third semester after completion of second semester students are eligible for campus placements.
Companies like Turner and Townsend, Prestige properties, JLL mena, Home first finance company, Asian paints, and many more with atleast of 5 vacancies each and they approach frequently.
Highest package is from top companies with good profile and average of 6 lakh per annum is offered from many companies with varied profiles.
90% - 97% of students get placed every year.
My 5 year plan is to be at a top management position in recognised organization with all professional standards known.

Placement Experience:
From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements
The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course.
The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course.
40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

My college provides guaranteed placements after graduation. In my course we have to do one internship every year which makes a total of 5 internships at the end of 5 years. The university gives options of places to do internships but it depends on us whether to choose option of your own.

Amity University is known for its good placement rate and since our college is under it placement can be expected to be good. College has tied up with various firms which come for campus placement each year. Though it is not possible that everyone gets a good placement offer however everyone atleast gets a placement Offer. In terms of internship the college provides internship that is the International internship which is a unique program of the college. One can also look for internship on his own as well.
