- Like my thermal teacher is amazing and wonderful sir they have amazing knowledge and wonderful mind set about everything.
- Scholarships are very good, and dtu scholarships and govt scholarships like mcm are easily getable.
- Placement is pretty amazing. also it is one the best core jobs providing universities in india.
Dislikes
- The scholarships and financial assistant are there but they are not that easy to avail.
- Due to recession less companies are coming in college which is affecting all over placements.
- Hostel not provided to delhi region students...dtu has enough space for hostels but not made.. day scholars suffers alot...a very big disadvantage

- Campus life is so amazing, so much places to hangout with friends, good infrastructure and campus size is also good according to Delhi and sports complex is also amazing
- We can join so many society which helps to growth your overall performance
- Academic structure and placement is very good mostly students placed in good company average package of tech branch is so high
Dislikes
- DTU location,DTU placed on The border of haryana, nearby places is not so good
- Crowd in DTU, in any most of the branches there is more than 300 seates in cs there is 500 seats
- Gender ratio is very poor,in core branchs there is only 2,3 girls in 80 students

7th semester students eligible for placement
There is so many companies in tech filed their is almost all the big names come like googal, microsoft,and in core also I think 60 percent in core branchs and 90 percent of tech students get placement easily

- Very very spacious , and tons of sporting facilites
- There are white buggy carts for students that dont want to walk

- The website of my college lacks usability

Placement Experience:
The placements are fantastic , many companies like google amazon and FAANG companies come here . Although i cant compare it with top IIT s but still a 25 lakh per annum package in CSE is still remarkable. The placement cell is often influenced by Placement coordinator but then DTU takes action against them and debar them from placements . If one does not get placement in DTU. , the DTU tag will obviously be more than useful in after course placements

- DTU have a lot of tech and consulting teams and societies which give a lot of exposure to students.
- Teachers here are great some of them a retired navy engineer how teaches so nicely.
- DTU also have USIP which provides internship to the students every semester.
Dislikes
- The food of the hostel are sometimes so bads that can't be eaten.
- DTU don't have a proper GYM with all the machines needed for work out.
- Sometimes the authorities don't take problem seriously.
Placement Experience:
The placement season are great Bigpool companies like PWC Misho Kpmg Jpmorgan has you know recently came for the campus drive and took students In the core department pic companies like Maruti Suzuki and Tata also come for hiring

- Campus life is amazing. People are good.
- College Fest (especially "ENGIFEST") is an amazing fest . Although It is north india's largest Fest.
- Faculties are amazing. There are alot socities and Tech team which give you exposure to the whole new world.
Dislikes
- Although It has 85% Delhi Reservation But still It has some brilliant Minds.
- Crowd is much because it have too many courses unlike Btech.
- sometime teacher does allow you to give paper due to short attendence(sometimes).
Placement Experience:
Placements are good especially during recession.
You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships.
All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc.
Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian)
Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa .
almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time).
See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

- One of the best campuses in North India as we boast a modern infrastructure like no one else.
- Our annual fest Engifest is one of the largest in North Indian Colleges.
- Learning facilities with supersonic labs have made sure that we have the best learning artillary at our campus.
Dislikes
- One of the strictest attendance system as soon much fine and in some cases debarred from giving exams.

Placement Experience:
DTU campus placements are arguably the best. CSE definitely holds the highest degree of payments but Mechanical too has a certain degree of placements that around 80-85 percent students get placed through campus. Companies of highest reputation like L&T, DRDO and many other government and private sector companies come to our college for placements.

- Overall Campus Life : The life here at DTU is quite chill and enjoyable
- No strict attendance : It is 75% mandatory officially but even with 50%, you wont have any problem
- Sports Complex : The sports area, grounds, gym is amazing!
Dislikes
- Reservation : There is 85% reservation for Delhi students.
- Gender Ratio : The ratio here is 1:30 or even worse
- Hostels : First years hostel are very poor with no AC
Placement Experience:
The placement is great for top branches with average above 20LPA but as the branch goes down, the package decreases. The average of mechanical is somewhere around 11-12LPA but this is when there are 400-500 students in mechanical!

- The fests are so damn crazy in out college which makes us feeel that the hardworking paid off
- The Societies are also good when compared to others
- Lineancy in bunks and Attendance sort of
Dislikes
- No govt approved canteen is there . The one which was Approved is now closed and don’t know when will it open
- The Fees , The worst thing of the College no one. An usually afford this easily
- Unavailability of hostels for Delhi students

Idk this info as i am fresher .
Highest is above 1.5CR and Average is 15-20lpa .
Almost 70-80% of the people gets placed everytime .
After the degree i will be going to pursue my careeer in Video editing .

- The aspect of college are so good but one thing hostels message and fees is so high and conditions were in poor situation
- Campus Life of DTU is so good beautiful nature in campus and manage this properly
- All teachers are so good and DTU lifestyle are so stress free teachers don't give mental stress for anything and teachers are supportive
Dislikes
- Library and DTU wifi network are not well maintained properly
- The quality of most of the hostel infrastructure are in poor condition need to maintaintion
- DTU is best for growing in nature lifestyle for students but girls ratio are very poor that one thing disappointed me

My specific aspects from this college is placement is so good that why I chose DTU
college labs are not work on model machine they use old machinary system for understanding students.modern machine can be needed in mechanical department.exams are in easy and average you can score good marks the timing of per exams 3 hours in end sem

- Don't liked the teaching methods of professors.

From 6th semester students are eligible for the placements.
META,JP MORGAN,BAIN,MC.KINEY,GOOGLE,MICROSOFT,AMAZON and many companies visits DTU every year and In 2024 over 2053 offers were made by the comapnies.
Highest package was 85 LPA and average was 15 LPA.
There are many profiles pffered by the companies like Softwre engineer,Data Analyst,Consultants and many more.
Around 70-80% students are places inside DTU.
My plans after the degree is to join a company and do job and upskill myself.

- First you get so much free time in your college in free time you can work on you to develop your skills and you can also prepare for sometime else.
- You get very good peer group in college your all friends will be hustler and in competing with their you also became hustler.
- You get much opportunity here because college has very good reputation you will also get benifits of that.
Dislikes
- As such nothing about dislike but sometime you face problem with your attendance if your professor is chill then nothing to worry but if they are rude then you have to worry about attendance.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I can rate course 8 out of 10 because (delhi Technological University) has very good course but in first year you get so much others subject related with your branches they have to look into that like if you are in mechanical engineering but in first year they will teach basic civil we don't need it.
