In this respect, IIITD CSE beats DTU Mechanical by a large margin. But if you want the best of campus, college environment, cultural fests and brand name, DTU Mechanical is a much better choice. I would personally recommend IIIT Delhi, as it offers top notch placements. But if you’re truly passionate about Mechanical, choose that branch. Do not take your interest for granted while choosing your branch/degree.

As an NSUT student, the new CBCS (choice based credit system) allows you to choose your fields of study. This makes for more flexible courses. In DTU, you will have electives starting from 5th semester.These are department and general electives. IIIT Delhi offers the most flexible courses. Other than some fixed category credits, all the subjects are choice based. Thus, in terms of providing flexible courses, this is the order of preference- IIITD> NSUT>DTU.

DTU is extremely committed towards its students.

Fees and Financial Aid:

DTU (USME) fees for BBA Hons course is 1.12 lakhs a year with a 10% increase every year. I admitted in 2024 and paid an admission fees of 20 thousand and some deposit fees of around 6000. DTU since is a centrally governed university the fees are slightly high but with the kind of opportunities available our university have all the right to command this fees.

DTU has an economics course which is best as USME the college of DTU under which our classes are held is top ranked college of DTU. Our fees is slightly higher than DU colleges or let's say 3-4x of what they charge. Our fees is 1.16 lakhs a year and it has increased by 10k every year. So when I joined it was 1.06 lakhs.

one year fees in dtu is around 2.5 lpa including tution fees . it remain around 2.5 lpa for all year . there are many scholarship which student can avail based on merit cum and need come , there are scholarship awarded by university and other program like bharti airtel scholarship, dell aspire scholarship, reliance foundation scholarship etc.

DTU has its own college USME which provides the cours BA Economics (Hons). Our fees is 1,16,000 for the xoirs and it started with 90 odd thousand but as per the university rule, the fees gets increasing by 10000 every year. College events and all programs and exams fees are there and each student has to pay that also.

The admission process is expected to start in August 2024. Admission to the BBA program at DTU will be offered on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and score in CUET. The seat allocation will be done through the Common Management Admission Committee (CMAC) counseling. The minimum eligibility required to apply for the program is 50% marks in Class 10+2. Candidates seeking admission to the program must register on the institute's official website once the institute releases the official notification.

CAT qualification is necessary for admission in the MBA programs offered at DTU. But you can get admission in the EMBA program of DTU without CAT qualification. Admission to the EMBA program is based on academic merit, work experience, group discussion and personal interview.
