The most prominent cultural festival is Engifest, which is typically held in February and is managed by the DTU Cultural Council along with various cultural societies such as the dance, music, dramatics, and fashion societies. Engifest attracts thousands of students from universities across India and features concerts, dance competitions, fashion shows, drama performances, and celebrity appearances. It provides a major platform for students to showcase their artistic talents and also gives organizing students experience in large-scale event management. The university’s flagship technical festival is Invictus, also usually conducted around February. This fest is coordinated by the DTU Technical Council and various technical societies such as robotics, coding, and electronics clubs. Invictus includes hackathons, robotics competitions, coding contests, engineering design challenges, and technical workshops conducted by industry experts. It encourages innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration among engineering students from different institutions. DTU provides extensive sports infrastructure: Outdoor Sports Cricket ground Football ground Basketball court Volleyball court Lawn tennis courts Indoor Sports Table tennis Badminton Chess and carrom The campus also has a sports complex and facilities for inter-college tournaments. Students regularly participate in inter-university competitions and sports festivals.

There are many fests and clubs that keep DTU lively. The three main fests are Yuvaan, Engifest, and Invictus and there are many smaller fests in between. Many societies have their own fests to showcase their work. The sports complex also offers many activites for those who are not interested in cultural activites.

My overall campus life experience at Delhi Technological University has been very active and socially engaging because of the strong culture of student societies, events, and campus facilities. Engifest is major culturalfest held in feb/march Incuctus is tech fest typically in jan/feb Fests are super fun as there are really good artists and have networking opportunities Dtu have a enormous livrary and have a great collection of books and journals Classrooms are equipped with acs proper lighting smart boards soeakers and everything a smart classroom need and we have proper tech in our labs though not of reall good quality Sports facilities are really good , every soort is available in dtu There are more than 100 societies abd clubs in dtu which provide mentorship from seniors and really good communication and networking opportunities

the fests are one of the things for which DTU is known for like engifest is the biggest college fest in north india and many famous singers come for concerts here. societies are really active and keep conducting hackathons and different cultural events as well.

Dtu has it as it's strong suite. I don't think so I need to explain much here, we have engifest and many other fests. But recently these fests are getting cancelled a lot and the funds are not being released for these fests. The general crowd is also very different now, most of the people would rather enjoy haryanvi and punjabi songs so that is what is many times targeted which I personally don't like. But that is subjective. I would advice you to joint atleast any one tech team in your first year according to your interest, you will learn a lot.

The campus infrastructure, including libraries, labs, sports facilities, and open spaces, supports both academics and extracurricular activities.

The overall experience is quite good because I am living near DTU which is like 15-20 min from my home so it very easy for me to come college and hangout and explore college with my friends.Also the society I join is also give me a soft skills like communication, management of a event, corporate basic knowledge etc.

yes as i am a part of society. it is very helpul to for expouser and opportunities. most of the infrastructure is very good and top notch. social life and campus life is incredible with incredible students

Campus life in our college is quite active and engaging. The college organizes annual cultural festivals and technical events usually February, which provides students a great platform to showcase their talents.
