- Like my thermal teacher is amazing and wonderful sir they have amazing knowledge and wonderful mind set about everything.
- Scholarships are very good, and dtu scholarships and govt scholarships like mcm are easily getable.
- Placement is pretty amazing. also it is one the best core jobs providing universities in india.
Dislikes
- The scholarships and financial assistant are there but they are not that easy to avail.
- Due to recession less companies are coming in college which is affecting all over placements.
- Hostel not provided to delhi region students...dtu has enough space for hostels but not made.. day scholars suffers alot...a very big disadvantage

the curriculum offers a great selection of courses that align well with current industry. courses in emerging fiels like AI and cybersecurity ensure that students are prepared for future technological trends.

- The fest season ia one of the best and various artists come to the college.
- The sports complex is really nice and the teachers are very helpful.

- Some of the buildings are very old which need repairing.
- The syllabus of the course could be more relavant to the title.
- The internship cell should be more active.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The reputation of mechanical engineering from dtu is one of the main reasons I picked this course. It is very practical based which prepares you for the real world. The exama are semester based and are very easy to score if you study them seriously.

We can sit for placements sem 7 onwards
2 companies from Faang, BCG form big 3 and 2 from big 4
offers range from 5 lpa to 80 lpa
highest has gone to 50 lpa and averages around 10- 12 lpa
percentage fo students placed will be 70 per cent

- Library is good for students and books are available in large numbers
- Sports complex for students are big and provide a great experience
- Hostel is neat and clean and we'll mentained

- Wifi facility is very poor and not available at every place in college
- College fee is very high in compression to other government college
- Drinking water problem in summer in hostel

Placement Experience:
Campus placement for mechanical engineering is about average of 11 lakhs and highest of 31 lakhs
And students placement is 100 percent for allmost all branches and college provide all assistance to students

Students become eligible for the placement season in the seventh semester. There are companies tha visit DTU like JP Morgan, Bain and company, Zs associates, google, apple, zomato, meesho. Highest package offered is by Atlassian which is 1.2 crore CTC

Curicullum is very hard and colledgee teaches in a very fasttt mode the time bw midsems ans endem is very low and paper which comes is also very hard and difficult and but can we do and talking abt relevance it is not relevant

- College has a huge sports complex for every sports.
- College has a auditorium named as B.R. Auditorium. It has a Raj Soin Hall.

- College roads are broken needs improvement.
- Hostels rooms are very bad in condition needs improvement.
- To build more hostels for every childso that each student get hostel facility.

Placement Experience:
For campus placement you eligible in seventh or eighth semester according to you experience and work. College also provide internships which start in second or third year.
I only know about my branch average package is 15LPA and highest I think 31LPA. Percentage of students getting placements is 70-75%.

- Their is a very good environment in the college as their is not much strictness or compulsion.
- Time to time their are fests and functions happening.
- The campus is also nice as we have freedom to do whatever we want.
Dislikes
- The labs are not well maintained and updated . As well as no practical knowledge is given in labs.
- The syllabus is also very old which need to be updated as per today's time requirement
- The teachers are also not that much good and specially the PhD ones are worthless as they don't teach anything.
Placement Experience:
College placement are good as per records...but nowadays as because of recession it's not good since last 2-3 years and companies are not coming but hope to be back to the track by 2-3 years from now. All good companies come to our college like Google apple Amazon Microsoft and mncs . Avg package goes around 20-25 lpa and highest is 1.8cr which was in 2022 maybe. Almost 90% students get placed but this year it was 50% due to recession.

- Faculties are fabulous.. They help you learn from scratch about the respective course
- Campus is amazing and profs are chill with mass bunk most of the time.
- Intership opportunities, exposure and mainly DTU have a lot of societies with great alumni network
Dislikes
- You have to walk a lot inside the campus as 2 vehicle are not allowed after certain limit.
Placement Experience:
Placements are on of the USP of DTU.. Placement stats are consistently going up. Even in core branches like environmental, biotech, mech then avg package is above 11-12lpa. And the avg placements is about 70 percent in core and in tech it ranges from 85-90 prevent. Avg of tech branch is 18 lpa.

- Professors are highly qualified , Most of them are PHD holder. They are chill regarding attendence even if it's below 75%
- Fest and other events are well organised . We often get chance to meet celebrities. One of the best fest in Delhi is ENGIFEST OF DTU.
- Very good alumni network worldwide . Most popular among them are Paytm CEO (VS SHARMA) and Sushant Singh Rajput
Dislikes
- Few lab attendants are not cooperative with students
- Hostels are not of good standard for 1st year student .
Course Curriculum Overview:
In the year 2023, the Curriculum of the DTU BTech course changed a bit making more lab work and practical knowledge using the latest research and technologies. Professors teach using smart boards and PPT. The Curriculum is still not perfect for real-world applications. The mechanical engineering of DTU is most valued and considered equivalent to IITs.
