JNU Reservation Policy 2025
JNU Reservation Policy 2025 provides admissions based on government norms of allocation of seats: SC (15%), ST (7.5%), OBC-NCL (27%), EWS (10%), and PWD (5%).
- OBC candidates are provided with a relaxation of 10% in marks, whereas SC/ST/PWD candidates are permitted to appear for the entrance irrespective of qualifying marks.
- The candidates from reserved categories who qualify on general merit are not included under any quotas.
- The supernumerary seats offer 5% for defense candidates' wards/widows and special arrangements for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh residents.

JNU Admission Process through CUET 2025
The NTA will release the CUET UG Result 2025, after which the candidates are required to apply separately to the official website of JNU admission through CUET 2025 in the month of July 2025.
Admission will be based on merit, which means the performance of the candidate in the CUET (UG) 2025 exam, and any deprivation points gained by eligible candidates for the courses like B.A., B.Sc., and COP programmes.
In case of tie scores, preference will be given to candidates based on:
- Higher marks in the CUET (UG) exam.
- If the tie persists, marks obtained in the qualifying 10+2 exam will be considered.

Jawaharlal Nehru University Courses and Fees
