CUET UG Syllabus 2027 will be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) at cuet.nta.nic.in. The exam covers three sections: Language, Domain Subjects, and a General Aptitude Test (GAT). Students preparing for CUET 2027 should use the 2026 official syllabus as the primary reference, since NTA has not yet announced major revisions for the 2027 cycle.
- The CUET 2027 syllabus covers 37 subjects: 13 languages, 23 domain subjects, and a General Aptitude Test (GAT).
- All domain subjects are based entirely on the NCERT Class 12 curriculum — Class 11 topics are not included.
- Each subject paper has 50 compulsory MCQs carrying 5 marks each; total marks per subject = 250.
- Negative marking applies: -1 mark for every wrong answer; unanswered questions carry zero marks.
- You can choose a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 subjects across all three sections.
- Six subjects were discontinued from CUET 2026 onwards — Entrepreneurship, Teaching Aptitude, Fashion Studies, Tourism, Legal Studies, and Engineering Graphics.

The CUET Physics syllabus is based on NCERT Class 12 Physics (Parts I and II). It spans 9 units across 14 chapters. Electrostatics and Optics consistently carry the highest question count in previous CUET papers.
