The NTA has released CUET UG 2025 Provisional Answer Key on June 17, 2025. Through the CUET Answer key, candidates can verify their responses and can raise a challenge against any objection, for which candidates have to pay Rs. 200 per question. The dates for challenging the answer key is June 20 as mentioned by the NTA.
- After reviewing objections, the NTA will release the final answer key in the last week of June 2025. The CUET UG Results will be based on the CUET Final Answer Key, which is expected to be declared in July 2025. Candidates can check their results by logging into their official CUET Website.
- More than 3 lakh seats are available for the CUET UG 2025 undergraduate programs across various participating universities and colleges. Delhi University offers more than 79,000 undergraduate seats through CUET 2025.

Upon clicking on that link, you will be able to download the answer key in PDF format. CUET UG Response Sheet 2025
CUET Response sheet is also known as the CUET OMR sheet. Along with releasing the official answer key, NTA releases the response on the candidate's dashboard. The response sheet contains the marked answers by candidates on the exam day. It helps the candidates in matching their response with the provisional answer key and calculating their score. Candidates can access the response sheet by logging in to their respective accounts.
How to Calculate Score Using CUET Answer Key 2025
To calculate the CUET UG score, you must know the marking scheme used in the CUET UG exam. Each correct answer gets +5 marks, and each wrong answer results in a 1 mark deduction. No marks are deducted for unanswered questions.

How to Challenge the CUET UG Provisional Answer Key
In case of any discrepancies, NTA provides the candidates with an opportunity to challenge the CUET UG provisional Answer key. Candidates can raise objections by submitting valid proof within the specified time.
Then, NTA will review the challenged questions, and if the challenge is found valid, the CUET UG Final answer key is updated. The CUET UG results will be prepared based on the final answer key.
CUET UG Good Score
A good score in the CUET UG depends on your marks, category, and the college you are targeting for admission. CUET Section-wise Good Score
There are three sections in the CUET UG exam i.e., Language, Domain, and General Test. A score of 170+ is considered good in the language section, while a score of 160+ i required for domain subjects. For general test a score above 240+ is required for 98+ percentile in the CUET exam.

As there are no specified passing marks required for the CUET exam, candidates need to clear a cut-off to be eligible to get admission in the top CUET colleges. The passing marks in the CUET UG exam depend on the college and course you are applying to. To secure a seat in a central university in top courses, candidates should aim for 200+ marks out of 250. CUET Marks vs Percentile (Expected)
The CUET 2025 expected Marks vs Percentile is based on the previous years’ data analysis. For admission to DU Colleges, candidates must secure 240+ marks, which corresponds to a percentile of 99.9+.
With a percentile above 95, candidates achieve a score between 200-220 and they can get admission to mid-ranked DU colleges, BHU, and AMU.
While a percentile of 90 can be achieved by scoring 175+ in CUET UG and admissions in the low-tier colleges are possible.
