I liked the infrastructure and wifi speed at campus area
Dislikes
I didn't liked the class room location as it is in 3rd floor
There is no way for enjoyment full stressed
I don't think what's the placement rate but it is around 75%
Course Curriculum Overview:
The decision that influenced me to take this course is the placements are too good in this college.they need to develop in some co curricular activities as we haven't been to ground till now we came for 2 weeks
The opportunities offered by the college is really good.
The faculty of the college is really better than many .
Dislikes
The RIT hostel is very rare to get in if you are from any other quota.
Cafeteria is really crowded during breaks
The college security guards are very rude
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for the campus placements from obviously 7th or 8th sem. There is a huge lists of company which visited the institution. As for the top companies would be Google , Shobha Constructions , and so on... Highest package would reach about a Cr. There is a placement percentage of 95%.
Great atmosphere, good infrastructure, good opportunities
Supportive staff, great lab facilities, good location
Good gender ratio, good mentorship, relevant seminars
Dislikes
Traveling inconvenience, bad hostel facility
No parking available for four wheelers, inadequate parking space for 2 wheelers
Placement Experience:
From 5th sem onwards, students are eligible for campus placements
A good number of companies visit and make good offers
About 90 percent of the students get placed
My plan is to work for a while and later pursure masters
College infrastructure - The college infrastructure is great and the college is always clean from the inside.
Fees - The total fees to be paid is less compared to other private colleges such as Manipal , VIT , KIIT , etc. ( if you enter through COMEDK and not management quota)
College crowd - The college has a very diverse crowd.
Dislikes
Language problem - The faculty would sometimes start teaching in their native languages which will be a problem for the people who come from the outside. Language barrier is the biggest problem in Bangalore.
Lack of holidays - You will not get semester breaks sometimes
No fests during my entire 4 years of college. The management hates conducting fests and doesn't even allow college clubs to conduct their own events.
Placement Experience:
Placements are a disaster in this college since the pandemic. There are a lot of companies that come to the college but go back without hiring anyone. The placement coordinator currently doesn't talk to the companies in a good manner, therefore the companies blacklisting the college. One great student takes 50 offers and then wastes it as there is no one to stop him/her , as there is no placement cell present. The companies that arrive in the college complains about the placement department because of mistreatment.
Good infrastructure, and overall good community around the college campus
Campus is situated in a happening area, so there’s a lot to engage in
Amazing college clubs, Good people in college, including peers, and some faculty. Faculty are usually understanding and supportive.
Dislikes
Fees is a little high, there’s a lot of exam fees
Management can sometimes be a little bit difficult to work with
There’s a lot of sudden unexpected postponements of exams and big events
Placement Experience:
Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements
Campus is huge. There is parking for students(only 2 wheeler) , multiple canteens. The whole campus is very peaceful and surrounded with greenery
Sports is encouraged a lot. I personally play basketball and we have a very good court. College also has a tennis court , badminton court, football and cricket grounds
Faculty is very understanding and friendly. You can go to them regarding any issue or doubt and they’ll surely help you
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible to sit for placements after their 6th sem. Big companies like Apple, google, IBM etc have visited our campus and multiple offers have been made ranging anywhere from 2-3 LPA to 50-55 LPA. 96% of the students get placed in our college. Our college also offers degrees after engineering like M.Tech
Good teaching faculty with high experience in their feilds.
Many students from different states come here to learn
Girls and boys ratio are equal and both are encouraged equally
Dislikes
Less Cultural events which is much needed
Lack of Sports opportunities in the college
Placement Experience:
RAMAIAH college offers great employment opportunities and also it helps talented to get placed easily and also Offers high LPA and min would be 8lakh and There would be more japan packages and also great emplyoment.
You have people with highe background or a smart head so the majority are there because of the placements it has provided the previous batches which I think is promising
Fecilitys are good ,the labs, toilets, staff, auditorium is great
No compramise in education ,the teachers are chill, there are not much restrictions wear what ever you want like presentable outfit and haircut is not at all cared people come in pajamas attend a class and go back to the hostel, best is theclgisleniant
Dislikes
No ground not much cultural activities there are some but the level is not even close to my school and the ground is 1km far from the campus which makes practices more hard to get
The crowd you get there are arogant pricks or nerdy cocksuckers and the fee is too much for the comedk seats like they give good education but not worth 2 lakh
The gender ratio in my class is 54 boys and 6 girls , unsustainable because it's mech, other hand the other class the industrial management one has 2/3 of its class as girls.so the ratio on my observation is 65%boys and 35%girls which is just a guess
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is old there are no new improvement the only thing that is new is the skill development programs that they introduce after each sem just to keep the students occupied the fees of this extra class i also taken when the fees is paid in the biggining of the year, each sem has 6-9 subjects and 2 -3 lab hence to fit in or even be an average you gota out in the work more than a blue collar worker which we do in the workshops
The campus has a lot of options when it comes to food in canteen
There are lots of restraints near the campus, especially near Bel road
Good ambiance of the entire campus it's not so big though
Dislikes
The fest wasn't held in a proper manner this year due to lack of time
The exams being preponed and postponed has increased
Placement Experience:
The placement in RIT are actually pretty decent it is considered to be one of the best in Karnataka.
As it is in banglore exposure to other companies is also possible and external placement is also seen
There's yearly fest that happens which brings all the students together.
Multiple guest speakers come throughout the year to keep us updated about the current industry scenario.
Dislikes
Practical teaching should more enhanced when it comes to architecture
Course Curriculum Overview:
Every year there are changes to the subjects, the chapters according to the current need.
You are always updated to the real world ofcourse you have to do study certain things on your own but rest of the things are great.
Subjects like building materials should be focused more practically than making sheets.
Also certain subjects could be removed and new subjects could be added seeing the advancement today in the field
There is enough time given between all the three exams so you don't have to worry much.
