MSRIT Bangalore has announced its placement report for 2025. According to the report, campus placements have recorded a total of 180 companies visiting the campus and made 1170 offers. The highest salary package this year is INR 58 LPA.

In both 2023 and 2024, at least 300 companies participated and made over 1700 offers each year. The highest packages were INR 50 LPA in 2023 and INR 48 LPA in 2024. The number of offers increased in 2022. For example, 930 registered in 2020, and the numbers rose to 1720 by 2022.

The highest presenting branches in the year 2024 continued to be ISE, CSE, and MBA, which collected 207, 172, and 149 offers, respectively. Core branches like ECE, EEE, and MECH have done well. Newer branches like ML and BT had decent placements. Postgraduate programs like M.Tech, MCA, and MBA saw good responses from companies.

An increase is shown in the number of companies recruiting RIT Bangalore students for placements. The number of visited companies was 210 in 2020, and it has surged to above 300 in recent years. Every year, there is an increase in the number of offers as well. Companies are offering a wide range of salaries. Most of the offers made were between 2 to 6 LPA (623 offers), but some also earned higher amounts. There were roughly 184 packages available that exceeded INR 14 LPA.

After 6th semester students become eligible campus placements. In our college our aerospace engineering batch is the first batch, so i don't about the placement offered and internships. The average is 6LPA and highest is 18LPA as our teachers said for our course. 95% is the placement range. My plan is higher studies after completing degree.

Many companies visit the college for hiring the students. Students gets eligibility for placements from third year which is fifth semester, if student have made some good projects have higher chances of getting placed in third year itself. To sit in the interviews the companies demands so specific CGPA students must have their CGPA greater than or equal to the demanded CGPA by the company then only the student can sit in the interview. Their are many companies like Microsoft, Adobe, JP Morgan, Volvo, etc.. visit the campus for hiring the students. Many got placed with good packages and almost seventy to eighty percent of students get placement. The highest package went upto fifty five lakh rupees a girl from computer science branch got this highest package and average package is seven lakh rupees. If I get placed in campus I continue with same company for some time and if I got better opportunity or good package in some other company I will join their, if I not got placed in on campus I will go with off campus and give interviews in multiple companies in which i get better package I will join their.

6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. A CGPA of 7.5 and above makes you eligible for most of the companies. The placement record of my college has been great this year. 1200+ offers were made with an average package of 9 lakhs per annum. Almost 70% of the students who applied for placements are placed now. The average placement of my branch (CSE AI ML) was 15 lakhs. The highest placement was 55 lakhs by Microsoft but it was off campus. My plans after getting a degree is to pursure MBA

Placement Experience:

Since our HOD changed this year, I'm not sire about when the placements are available, most probably would be for the 5th year students so 9th sem onwards. Not sur3 about which companies either, highest package would be 8000 I'm guessing, we don't get paid much. My plan is to switch courses, this was absolutely useless to me :)

Placement starts at the end of 3rd year, generally all the companies related to IT field complete their placements in the month of August at the starting of 4th year while the placement for core companies for branches such as mechanical Electrical and electronic happens throughout the year specially in January and February. The placement percentage is around 50 to 70% do the real number is not revealed by the placement cells The highest package this year is 52 lakhs from an instrumentation student of campus in Microsoft The average package varies across different branches depending upon if it is it related or core, though the average packages around 8 to 9 lakh to 11 to 12 lakhs Big companies like 99acres Capgemini cognizant Philips ge healthcare Microsoft Mercedes JP Morgan Accenture Apple visits the campus or have visited the campus in the past years.

Most of good companies like Oracle , Amazon,phonepe ,etc come here for recruitment and internship offers .

Placement Experience:

Placements of this college are good especially for Computer science related branches. In 7th semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placement .And for internship they can take from 5th semester onwards. This year highest on campus placement was 33.57 Lpa by phone pe and off campus was 52 lpa by Microsoft. Average of cse related branches is 12lpa and for total is 9 lpa. Around 90% students placed in this year. My plan after degree is to get a good package.

While all three colleges are very well known in their areas. According to the NIRF ranking MSRIT, RVCE, and PES University are ranked 59, 201, and 93 for Engineering.

Placements:

MSRIT:

The college has a dedicated cell of placement established to help students gain internship and job opportunities. The placement cell also provides students with training including mock aptitude tests, psychometric tests, personality development, group discussions, etc.

Currently, about 358 different companies visit the institute annually and about 1892 job offers are made.
The highest package offered at the institute is about INR 50 lakhs per annum and an average salary package of INR 7.66 lakhs per annum.
Some of the companies visiting the college include Avtec, Cisco, JP Morgan, Infosys, Subex, Samsung, etc.

RVCE:

Placements at RV College of Engineering are quite impressive with about 90% of the students being placed in top firms in different industries.
The average salary package offered to students ranges between INR 8 lakhs to INR 12 lakhs per annum.
As of the 2020 placement drive which is still in progress, about 1274 offers have been made so far with 1452 total offers recorded in 2019.
