Variety of people all over India and friendly teachers
Small but well maintained campus, very welcoming

Dislikes

Canteen could use little more variety, not much options

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are started once you reach the 3rd year or your 5/6th semester. You need to maintain a specific cgpa and not have any backlogs in order to have a chance of being placed. The percentage of students getting a place here is over 80%. If you are unable to get placed, the best option is to expand your CV and apply for jobs using LinkedIn, etc.

Less placements to non technical branches

Placement Experience:

7th and 8th semester was eligible for placements more than 500 companies and 1000 offers were made highest was 18lpa and average 5lpa almost 95% got placed my plans after degree was to prepare for upsc and eventually look for employment

The thing i liked about the college is placement opportunities. Every year around 90% students gets placed with an average of 8 lpa and various internship opportunities are also provided to them who have interest in it.
My campus life is not that positive because firstly i am from north india and secondly i am an introvert so i faced various challenges while interacting with others but if you are an extrovert guy then surely you can make many friends and enjoy.
Faculties are really good, interactive and helpful, they will calmly listen to your problems and help you whatever the problem maybe and infrastructure is also good, labs are incorporated with new gen coputers with i7 core processor and many others.

Dislikes

Firstly the college needs to update their academic curriculum and incorporate new subjects so that students may find interest in it.
Secondly i think that the campus area could have been more bigger when you compare with other colleges. This campus area is nearly 50 acre.
Finally, this college has an 85% attendance policy which i think is worst and if you have an attendance less than 75% then you would be detained and would not be allowed to sit for semester exams

Placement Experience:

After the end pf 6th semester students become eligible to sit for campus placements. Lots of comapnies every year like Amazon ,Microsoft ,Samsung ,Oracle ,Morgan Stanley and many more are there. The highest package offered was 64lpa by Attlassian and the average package is 7.66lpa. Around 95% students were placed for the year 2022-2023 which is really a good percentage. My plans after getting the degree is to grab a decent package from campus placements and after working for few years will go for higher studies.

Our college has professors who are always willing to help and support you in your academic journey.
They provide wide variety of opportunities for us in sports and other co curricular activities
They provide a very good campus placement .

Dislikes

The tution fees they take is a very high and also the hostel fee is also too much.
There is no proper parking facilities for students.
The timetable and schedule they put is frustrating to students.

Placement Experience:

Lot many companies come for campus placement here..and it starts from third semester and even the college provide us few internship.overall 90% of them will get a campus placement all that matters is our skill at last.

What I know of RIT as a fresher

Likes

The placements, the best clg considered for companies in Blore
Infra too is good, easy availability for all necessary departments and facilities
In and around many refreshment and technical areas, dk if it's okay to say that😅

Dislikes

Practicality of teachers to analyse nd assess students
Student clubs aren't funded by clg mgmt, so no scope of club expansion within intra or inter clg

Placement Experience:

Usually starts from 7th sem I actually don't hv a vast idea on this cuz I'm much involved into pursuing further studies, so this isn't my expertise. But what I got to know is the clg is known in nd around Bengaluru for its placements, considers the best amongst private clgs.

Our college inside truth

Likes

Our college has good faculties. Teachers are experienced and coperate with students won
Our college has good infrastructure and campus is big
Labs and class rooms are good. Even they serve good food in canteen

Dislikes

Teachers don't give internal marks easily
Teachers are strict and attendence should be above 75%
College annual fest and events are not celebrated grandly

Likes

Clean hygiene college and campus with good club culture
There are 20 plus club with technical facilities
Good faculty and proctors are available to students

Dislikes

Lack of good hostel facility and foods
Everything is good and nothing is bad in our college
Everything is good and nothing is bad in our clg

Course Curriculum Overview:

Calculus is quite outdated. Even then we have very good teachers and sufficient amount of time to study and prepare for good placements, NK exam and teaching methods of our teacher is quite simple and easy to 2 students as they are very good

Pro's And Cons of the RIT

Likes

Placements are really good here and more companies come here.
The environment is very competitive and hence it is good.
They support us is all fields such as sports, coding, etc

Dislikes

The campus for engineering is very small.
For the first year the classes are there even on saturday.
Compared to other colleges the fests are done in less quantity and quality.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good compared to other colleges. Even though high package is less but there is consistency in the number of people getting that big ammount. Almost all big companies visit the campus ex, oracle, Microsoft, google. Average package is 8-9lakh, 23-24 highest package so far is 50 lakh.Placement percentage is 96%.

My experience at Ramaiah

Likes

The campus and its surrounding is amazing
All courses provide particular curriculum
Teaching staff is amazing and provide friendly environment

Dislikes

There is no placement for courses like B.arch and law
The management is rude and doesn't care about student well being.
Campus is very mixed, doesn't provide with separate building for courses that needs separation

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum holds a good amount of subjects each semester, that provide ample amount of knowledge in each field of job opportunity, like in b.arch, each subject that you study is a profession. Areas of improvement would be removal of unnecessary repetition in subjects each semester. Exams are held through out the semester with two internals and one semester end exam with questions that have five levels of difficulty.

The course curriculum is updated , we even have the updated different branches as for the specialisations like aiml, aids, cybersecurity and all. The curriculum is as per vtu guidelines. We have 3 exams each semester , 2 internals and 1 external. The difficulty level is is very easy for the college exams.
