Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 pattern of examination (equivalent to the two year Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at MSRIT.
- The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).

- The campus has a lot of options when it comes to food in canteen
- There are lots of restraints near the campus, especially near Bel road
Dislikes
- The fest wasn't held in a proper manner this year due to lack of time
- The exams being preponed and postponed has increased

For students who have joined through comedk the fees is 270000 For students who have joined through Kcet the fees is 1 lakh There are scholarships available like SnQ quota which reduce the fees significantly

- The campus is small but is good and filled with greenery
- Library provided bu this institution is quite good
Dislikes
- The campus of Ramaiah Institute Tech is quite small
- The canteen food is not good enough and is too small for the whole college

Tuition fees for non Karnataka student is approximately 300000 and for kect student are less.Around 1.5 lakes.The cost for completing bech from here will be around 300000 per year and 1.5 lakh for staying

- City life of Bengaluru is awesome and happening.
- Teachers teach whole heartedly and with enthusiasm
Dislikes
- No college life the college life is dead
- No club activities clubs don’t receive any funds from the management
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fees is 2.9 lakhs per annum for Comedk students and 90k per annum for Karnata And Hyderabad students. Many scholarships programs are also available.A 4 years course will cost 12lakhs for Non Kannadigas and 3.6 lakhs for Kannadigas

- City Life, like the college is in the main Bengaluru side so life is happening
- Diversity, students from all over India come to study
Dislikes
- Small campus, the engineering campus is just of 3 acres
- No events, no fests no events college life is dead
Fees and Financial Aid:
Earlier the tuition fees was 230000 but from 2023 it was increased to 290000.4 year of Btech will approximately cost me 12 lakhs . many scholarships are also being provided for the Local karnataka students .
Likes
- There are plenty of clubs which you can join for personality development.
- Hostels are pretty clean and tidy also you will get free laundry service here
Dislikes
- Campus size is very small , its like only 5 acres approx.
- There are very less or no fests happening in college
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fee for comedk students is on a higher side than kcet students , its like 3lac per year for comedk and 90k per year for kcet students . Scholarships are available for reserved category students of karnataka and not for all students.Campus employment opportunities are also so so in the placement drive of 2023 the highest package is of 43 lac JPY ( japanese yen ) per annum .so you will get a better idea from this.

The year fee hike is there it's not fixed depending on the condition. This year's fee was hiked around 20k for 1st year. there is a separate department for scholarships where you can get info. Mainly they provide scholarships on laptops, mess food charges, college fees, etc.
