When it comes to the faculty at BMSIT, the overall quality is quite good. The faculty-to-student ratio is reasonable, usually around 1:20–25 in most core subjects, which ensures that students can get attention when needed. Personally, I liked professors because they made classes more interactive and connected the concepts to real-world applications. These teachers also encouraged projects and practical exposure rather than just sticking to theory, which made learning more engaging. The course structure follows the VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) curriculum, so it is quite standardized. In terms of the exam system, each semester generally has two internal assessments followed by the end-semester exam. The marking scheme is usually 25 marks for internals and 75 marks for externals. The difficulty level depends on the subject – some exams are straightforward if you prepare well, while a few technical subjects (like certain core CS papers or mathematics) are trickier.

There were 1 faculty was assigned for 4 students called "Proctor". One could reachout to them if you faced any problem academically or any personal issue you were facing. Weekly one period was assigned for "Proctering" session. Most of the faculty members were very supportive. We had to give 3 internals every sem, among them best of 2 were considered and 1 External. Internals were not that difficult, they were prepared by considering the externals in mind.

Faculty:

The faculty is very decent and cooperative with the students with utmost interaction. Maths facilities are very good level here as they are very much qualified. I think the facilities of subjects which are of one credit like kannada, idt etc are of not good level. There are total 3 exam per semester two is the internal assessment and one is the end sem. In all these 3 exam 10-15 students fails per semester. The course is very relevant as it helps in overall development.

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is good . The faculties are helpful and they are cooperative and knowledgeable. I personally liked my maths faculty dr Varun Kumar VL as he is the person who practically teaches us where do we apply mathematic in AIML with practicality of mathematics integrated with my course and real life . All the faculties are good and knowledgeable . I personally didn't had a good time with my chem lab incharge dr vincy as I was a bit absent for official reasons and she didn't accepted the permission letters as well . We have 3 Internal assement in a semester and then followed by the end semester exam . The exams a moderate to easy and doable . There are maximum of 10-15% of failures and the course is relevant to the topics we must learn and the exams primarily focus on the curriculum and it's requirements

The faculty student ratio here is like I guess 1:12 but yeah the teachers here are really very supportive and helpful us guide in every aspect.and support us not only in academics but also in co curricular activities. The exams conducted in our college after on ready levels fort initial stages but then to improve us they take it up slightly which is actually a good thing and three people who fail heree are very least. The course curriculum is very relevant andr useful.

Since I am from Civil Branch the ratio of Girls to boys is bit low i.e 1: 3 Approximately In other branches like CS, IS, EC etc... the ratio is 1:1 The faculty of student ratio is our branch is approximately 1:15 The faculty i liked most was our Guide Archana mam. She helped a lot in academics and also she pushed us through various extra ciricular activities which helped to know our potential. All the faculties were kind and chill. They treats the students like friends and makes sure all the students are in track to achieve their goals They conduct 3 internals per semester for maximum 50 marks. The difficulty level of questions was moderate and it involves 2 question apart from Academics which are innovative and case study question which aim to train students based on real time applications In our branch for every sem there will be 10-15 students who fails to clear exams

Faculty:

The facukty student ratio in bmsit is 1:30. The relationship between a student and faculty is quite well. Professors are approachable and clarify ones doubts whenever they are free. Since my branch was intoduced just 2 years ago and there was just one class, so my department has just 4 faculty as of now. But i hope it improves in the future. They conduct 3 internal examinations and 1 external examination in one semester. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that the students are made industry ready.

THE PROFSSORS IN MY DEPARTMENT ARE REALLY NICE AND KINF PEOPLE. THE MINIMUM DEGREE YOU REQUIRE TO BECOME A PROFESSOR IN OUR COLLEGE IS A PHD, WHICH MEANS ALL OF OUR PROFESSORS ARE TECHNICALLY AND THEORITCALLY VERY WELL VERSED. THEY ALL SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEIR HELP OR WHEN YOU NEED THEIR ASSISTANCE. EVEN THE LAB ASSISTANTS ARE VERY NICE AND KIND PEOPLE. THERE IS AN EQUAL RATIO OF MALE OT FEMALE PROFESSORS. EVERY SINGLE PROFESSOR HAS THEIR OWN STYLE OF TEACHINF IN THEIR UNIQUE STYLE, IT DEPENDS FROM INDIVIDUAL TO INDIVDUAL, SOME OF THEM USES POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS TO TEACH SOME OF THEM USE TEXTBOOOKS SOME OF THEM USES YOUTUBE VIDEOS TO TEACH. NOW TALKING ABOUT EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED IN OUR COLLEGE. FOR EVERY SEMESTER THERE ARE INTERNAL ASSESSMENTS CONDUCTED EVERY END OF THE SECOND MONTH AND THE BEGINNING OF FOURTH MONTH AND WE HAVE OUR SEMESTER END EXAMINATIONS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FIFTH MONTH, THIS IS EVERY SEMESTER.
