Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum is really good. It teaches about mathematics in a detailed and a course relevant way. It teaches Ajay subjects as well in relevant manner. I personally chose this course because it offered a better understanding of artificial intelligence and also has a market scope, it's 70% same curriculum like computer science and the 30% is based on mathematics and its application in coding And this curriculum prepares us very well for the real world. As in the modern times. AI is taking over and studying how to make artificial intelligence and machine learning and various models helps us to cope up with a real word in a pet way. The course is good, but in the first year, they can be more project oriented learning and there can be further laboratory sessions can be increased as the student understands the particular concept in the way you need to quote as well The internal assessment occurs thrice a semester and every internet assessment is a 40 marks with a one and half hour standard timing of it. The paper contains 4 to 8 questions of 10 of five marks each. The difficulty level is somewhere between moderately easy to moderately difficult.

Internships Opportunities

5

The college offers various internship programmes. P of the internship. Taking companies from my college includes Microsoft, Adobe, TCS, Cisco, Oracle, et cetera. and the companies in which we are doing internship can also hire as after our internships are paid as well as there are various other internships that are provided by the college itself which is unpaid and can give you a good experience and help us to make a better CV and the college also allows various seminars to be attended by the student

Placement Experience

4

The College allows us for internships from third year that is from 5th semester you are eligible for placements from the six semester of your college based on your CV and internship. Then you can get placed in a good company. The placement status of the College is good top companies like Microsoft Oracle TCS Adobe are part of the colleges, The offer made by Microsoft was 46 this year and the placements are still going on the total amount of students placed till now. 70%. and as per now, the highest package of my college went 27 lakhs per annum, which was which was given after getting this degree, I wish to work in a very good MNC a very good company which can offer me a highest scale and there is a lot of learning scope basically in a department which I have studied like open eye or meta AI or even Google AI

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees of my college is 107000 The university fee taken is 20000 The fees for students joining from Kcet is 107000 For students joining from comedk is 281000 For students taking admission from management quota is donation(minimum 5-6lakhs) + 281000 The scholarships include Merit cum need Then defence personals For sc and st

Campus Life

4

Two colours happen every year, when is the hostel first named as Kala Rava that happens between the months of December to January and the other fest is Utsaha Vaibhav. This is the main college fest, which happens in the month of April. the camp The college has a specialised library with almost every book that we want. We can issue the book for a period of one month and we can renew the issuance again and again. The faculties. The facilities and technological provisions are also good. The college has multiple number of laboratories for every subject, including maths, electronics, IOT, artificial intelligence and machine learning, computer science and the college also offers a specialised group called as bicep for incubation of various extra curricular activities. The courses also various clubs of IEEE, which are educational related clubs and help in the student group

Admission

I applied for other colleges like Sir MVIT Neeta Meenakshi College of engineering and CMRIT choose BMSIT over all these because firstly, the BMSIT curriculum is very friendly and the placement statistics is highest compared to these colleges, which I was getting and BMSIT is one of the top 10 colleges in Bangalore I didn't get rejected from any college. I was getting computer science in CMRIT through KCET in Neeta Meenakshi through KCET and computer science with data science in Sir MVIT through KCET, I choose AIML over all this in BMSIT because as the course was fascinating, and it is very useful in the modern days because AI is developing learning how to develop artificial how to AI is using artificial reliance and machine learning will give a greater aspect

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is good . The faculties are helpful and they are cooperative and knowledgeable. I personally liked my maths faculty dr Varun Kumar VL as he is the person who practically teaches us where do we apply mathematic in AIML with practicality of mathematics integrated with my course and real life . All the faculties are good and knowledgeable . I personally didn't had a good time with my chem lab incharge dr vincy as I was a bit absent for official reasons and she didn't accepted the permission letters as well . We have 3 Internal assement in a semester and then followed by the end semester exam . The exams a moderate to easy and doable . There are maximum of 10-15% of failures and the course is relevant to the topics we must learn and the exams primarily focus on the curriculum and it's requirements

Night Life

4

College has one cafe and a food court. The cafe is in food courts are there for the whole college timings that is for morning 8:30 AM to evening 5 PM. The nightlife in the college is good students living in the hostel can come to college and go to the gym and also play accessories like cricket, football, and basketball volleyball. And for females, the Horsley closing timing is 7 PM and for males, it's 9 PM. The hostel. Food and facilities are also good. The college also offers food for the students living in hostels as well as PG's. The college is a lush green campus. There are various spots to sit and enjoy the nature in a very fantastic way. The trees always give us a cool and compose environment and the college has a very calm and composed environment overall so it's a good for coming and hanging out in the garden area

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
