BMSIT Scholarship 2025: Amount, Eligibility, Selection Criteria

The college offers various scholarships primarily based on merit, caste, and financial need. My Two Cents on Life at BMSIT

Fees and Financial Aid:

For the first year fee came to 85k including the government fee but 2nd year onwards it got reduced for around to 70k INR. and it continued till the last year. They didn't provide any inhouse scholrship.

the fee structure for our college is 2 lakh 81 thousand per year and it increase by 10 percent. hostel charges are around 1 lakh 35 thousands. fee for for year will be around 17 to 18 lakhs for comedk students and 11 to 12 lakhs for kcet students.

BMSIT college review

The overall fees is approximately 1,07,600 which includes all tution fees,lab fees etc. But you have to pay around 1000-1200 as exam fees in order to be eligible for taking halk ticket.And aa we had paid the College fees through KEA so we don't have the correct knowledge of distribution of fees...but definitely it's worth it...

Best college amoung the all the private colleges

The fees for the comedk student is around 2,90,000rs per year And For kcet student it is 94,000rs per year And for the International student the fees is 12 lakh for hostel + collage (4 years),There also have other fees for VTU is 10 thousand.There is scholarship but it's only for the Karnataka Student it's not other the other state students.There is no sc st quota for other state student also

I am doing my B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Business Systems and my fee structure is comparatively less when compared to others because i joined through a fee waiver scheme through KCET. So apparently my fees for the 1st year was 32k and for the second year it was 24k. The fees gradually decreses every year. But for other students who joined through KCET the fees is nearly 90k in the 1st year and and if its through COMEDK then the fees ranges around 3L. For management the fees for my particular course is 4L per year. And there is no scholarship as of now that is being provided by the college but there is a government scholarship that the students can apply for and if they are eligible they get the scholarship benefits. There are other courses and the management fees for them are as follows: 1. Computer Science and Engineering: 6,50,000 per year 2. Computer Science and Business Systems: 4,50,000 per year 3. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: 5,50,000 per year 4. Civil Engineering: 1,50,000 5. Mechanical Engineering: 1,50,000 6. Electronics and Communication Engineering: 3,50,000 7. Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 2,00,000 The above are the fees for B.Tech programs. BMSIT&M also provides masters programs for Business Administration, Computer Applications, Computer Science Engineering and Cyber Security. And the management quota fees for them are as follows: 1. I GOT ADMISSION IN MY COLLEGE THROUGH KCET. I PAID FEES OF 90000 EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR. THIS INCLUDE OF EVREYTHING TUITION FEES, LAB FEES, WIFI ETC. IRRESPECTIVE OF YOUR BRACH FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHO TOOK ADMISSION THROUGH KCET, THE FEE WILL REAMIN THE SAME.BUT FOR THE SC/ST OR OBC STUDENTS THE FEES IS RELATIVELY VERY LOW, NEARLY 1/6TH OF THE FEES I AM PAYING. THERE VARIOUS SCHOLRSHIPS PROVIDED BY BOTH THE KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT AND THE COLLEGE ALSO. THE GOVERNMENT OFFERS A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY TO STUDENTS BELONGING TO SC/ST AND OBC GROUP. OUR COLLEGE OFFERS SCHOLARSHIP TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO SCORE MORE THAN 9.5 CGPA, THERE IS A MASSIVE CONCESSION IN THE FEE AMOUNT. NOW TALKING ABOUT THE STUDENTA WHO CAME THROUGH MANAGEMENT QUOTA. MY COURSE OF CIVIL ENGINEERING IS 150000 PER ACADEMIC YEAR. THE IT BRANCHES RANGES FROM 500000-700000 PER ACADEMIC YEAR. IN MY OPINION THESE FEES ARE COMPARTIVELY REASONABLE AND AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO OTHER TIER TWO COLLEGES. THE FEE WILL INCREASE EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR BUT NOT A RAPID HIGH RATE. FOR THOSE STUDENTS WHO OPT FOR TRANSPORTATION, DEPENDING ON THE DISTANCE BETWEEN COLLEGE AND HOME, THE MORE THE DISTANCE THE HIGHER WILL BE THE FEE AMOUNT. APART FROM KCET THERE ARE MANY OTHER EXAMINATIONS THAT OUR COLLEGE ACCEPTS SUCH AS COMED K JEE MAINS AND MANY MORE.

My college days

I paid 21000/- per annual fees excluding all the extra examination fees etc. Registration fees 500/- was expected. Lab coats should be brought by own money. I am not sure about others. But sc and st were given a discount. There were no scholarship provided by the college we had search it for own.
