CBSE Class 12 Political Science Compartment Set 2 - (59/7/2) Question Paper 2026 details are given here. CBSE conducted the Class 12 Political Science Compartment (supplementary) examination on July 28, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The Political Science paper is of 80 marks and the time allowed is 3 hours. This paper carries the Q.P. code 59/7/2 and is of Set 2. The question paper was handed out at 10:15 AM, and the first 15 minutes were given for reading it.

The paper has 30 questions in five sections, A to E, and all questions are compulsory. Section A has 12 multiple choice questions of 1 mark each, Section B has 6 short answer questions of 2 marks each (50 - 60 words), Section C has 5 long answer type-I questions of 4 marks each (100 - 120 words), Section D has 3 passage, cartoon and map-based questions of 4 marks each and Section E has 4 long answer type-II questions of 6 marks each (170 - 180 words).
