The college is well decorated. The natural beauty and architecture will make you fall in love for the building.
It has a good reputaion and accreditation of NBA
This college provides placements of worthy amount.

Dislikes

College is good but location may not suit to everyone.

College provied campusing every year. They try to make every student to be placed. The avg package of this college is near about 3.6 to 4.8 LPA. ALso off campusing facilites are there. Even internship opportunities are provided by the college itself.

A great college you should choose

Likes

Teachers friendly behavior helps us alot in understanding alot things more easily
Students here are so well disciplined and well behaved so no one can feel unsafe or out of the group
No raging are done here so freshers can be freely rome around the college and feel free to ask any help with others senior

Dislikes

Language barrier , many students who are coming from another state to study here takes time to adjust with this climate and Language communication
Location of the college is little bit far from the city areas so students who comes from main city areas have to travel alot to reach here and daiky basis travel is quit difficult
Electricity frequency is quite weak here so some times the electric current cuts off so the we have to wait few sec to start the generator

This college provides best jobs opportunity for every students buts for internships eligibility is from the 3 year and mainy focus on 4th year students to be part of the internships . Many companies are here to be held like tcs , wipro flipkart, amazon, infosis, and tata etc. Their are atleast 60 to 80 percentage of students get internships each year

My college life

Likes

There is a big campus im our college which i like the most and there are hostels inside to stay.
Its has a big play ground where annual sports takes place each year and many more departmental matches and events
Our college organizes cultural and technical festival and programmes each year

Dislikes

The classrooms are too hot in the summer days and the lunch break is too shortPoor Infrastructure Outdated buildings, lack of proper classrooms, or insufficient hostel facilities. Limited or poorly maintained labs, libraries, and sports facilities.
The food of the hostel is too bad, sometimes we find insects in it
The roads of the campus are not well maintained and there are cows roaming around

Asansol Engineering College Review

Likes

The professors are supportive. They will help you in solving your problems
There are many clubs which will provide you various opportunities to take part in different fields
The college infrastructure is so well. They organise fest every year

Dislikes

The quality of ground. The grass are not properly cut and the place was not so clean. Hygiene is not maintained that much. They just keep it clean and tidy during NAAC visit.
The machine's available in laboratory is not so well functioning. There is shortages of equipments regularly. No safety kits were provided during lab.
The canteen is not that much clean. Most of the time electricity is not available. There is not so much privacy.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester onwards the placement starts.. companies start visiting in our colleges.. mainly mass recruiter companies like TCS Wipro.. which takes so much students. The campus placement is slightly good in CSE DEPT. in other dept. There is so less placement. Around 65% students gets placed

My college experience: a perfect blend of learning of learning and growth

Likes

Things i liked most about my college is the teacher’s behaviour and teaching skill, they are very supportive and kind to the students
Besides study in my college we also gets too much chances to perform and showcase ourselves, there are various things to do like sports , coding clubs , hackathons, hardware clubs etc
Location of our college is so good and peaceful , i am sure you all gonna like it if you ever came here.

Dislikes

Less events , also the fresher and fest are not that well organised
Too much attendance criteria , also marks are given according to the attendance..
Less opportunity for sports , not everyone gets same chances

Placement Experience:

Placements opportunity is very high in my college, From 6th sem you can apply for jobs Top companies which which like TCS and accenture etc Percentage of student select from campus around 70-80% My plan is to grab a good job .

I liked the environment and the most of the faculty of our teachers
I like the class rooms and the lab section of our stream
The teacher I liked the most is our coding teacher who teach us Java , C , C++ and python

Dislikes

Our classroom need to be upgraded like smart board and smart classes
The teacher didn't teach us the same thing which he/she taught us early
The account section of our college didn't give us extra time to payment our college fees they need the fees exact in time otherwise they fined us if we pay the fees lately

i like to do coding that's why I choose this course, this course prepare for me for the real world industries like capegimini, TCS, Infosis and many other's MNC company, IN this course there are many unnecessary subjects like constitution, Biology, economics, Environment this subject are not needed by us in this course, Our exam is conducted in the gap of 6 months, and the difficulty level was hard

The faculty members are amazing they will support you in studies and extra curriculum activities.
College environment is friendly and it's located in a peaceful place.
Infrastructure of classroom is decent and laboratories are well maintained.

Dislikes

There will be some kind of Favoritism in students from the selective members of faculties.
There is a lot of student's speaking in native language.

Student's are eligible for campus placement after 4th semester. Companies visited in the college are tcs, liveline, Laxmi-agni , aimtech and many more. Highest package is 14 lakhs and average package is 3 lakhs. Around 89 percent student's gets placement. I want to secure a job then persue mtech degree.

My pov about my college life

Likes

My college is quite affordable and cheaper than others
Infrastructure is good as a private college with having space.
Boys and gril ration is 3:1 and i must say it's a crowded college.

Dislikes

I have to travel almost 16 km to go to the college
The college is literally placed in a village
I don't like to wear uniforms in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate 6.5/10 and as a 1st year student i don't have much experience about curriculum that influenced me... i just take it because i want a btech degree.. there are 2 sem in 1 year so the frequency of timing of exams is 6 months.

My college Days.

Likes

Teaches are very friendly and supportive towards students.
you will get play ground and also a pond side area where you can relax after classes.
Annual sports is one the most attractive part.

Dislikes

I sometimes feels the college uniform should not be there.
Food of the canteen was very average not up to the mark.
In rainy season sometimes we faced problem to reach the college as the road are not good there.

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem placement season starts and if you have a cgpa above 7 you are good to go but cgpa and percentage of class 10, 12 depends according to company to company. In our time companies like accenture,congnizant, tech mahindra etc came. overall 90% people get placed .
