Ans. Although Gujarat University accepts any board that a student can have, students from another state will fall into a separate category of merit when applying. In order to equate marks taken on various boards of education, Gujarat University employs a process known as Normalisation.
Ques. After completing the first semester, can a student migrate from one college of Gujarat University to another?
Ans. Yes. Students who attend Gujarat University may migrate to another college after their first semester. However, both the college being transferred from, and the college to which the transfer is being sought, must agree to the transfer. Furthermore, in order for a transfer to occur, there must be an available seat at the new college, and the student must satisfy the minimum academic requirements.
