Dislikes
- Language barrier , many students who are coming from another state to study here takes time to adjust with this climate and Language communication
- Location of the college is little bit far from the city areas so students who comes from main city areas have to travel alot to reach here and daiky basis travel is quit difficult
- Electricity frequency is quite weak here so some times the electric current cuts off so the we have to wait few sec to start the generator
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is up to date and relevent to our goals,it covers the necessary topics in sufficient depth, the learning objectives are clearly defined. The syllabus is seems well structured. The course is taught in a way that suits in learning style and is interactive and engaging , i have heard many past students says good things abouts this syllabus pattern . The most noticeable thing is thats it provides scholarships too.
Placement Experience
This college provides best jobs opportunity for every students buts for internships eligibility is from the 3 year and mainy focus on 4th year students to be part of the internships . Many companies are here to be held like tcs , wipro flipkart, amazon, infosis, and tata etc. Their are atleast 60 to 80 percentage of students get internships each year

If a student is feeling deficulties in paying the fees this college support student credit card which helps many students to take a less paying loan for their courses . Swami vivekananda institute of science and technology provides a special opportunity of scholarship that is giving every student 60,000 per year till their course end providing a criteria of 60 % in their 12th board result . Even my so many friends are studying with me in same college tells me that this is the best college in kolkata hence if you are find a college which has good teachers and have a great potential of giving jobs should be choose this college for their courses .
Campus Life
Collage sports are as much important like other subjects and this college understand this much and as a sports event in our college are so many like there are some for only freshers or first year students and another sports event that happen is for all students in college irrespective to their year and department

I have choose this college because it fullfill all the needs i want in my scholar periods. The availability and strength of specific majors the reputation and quality faculty that attracts me towards this college. Hence we can find many jobs opportunities to move upward in our life so fast and can be successful in our future.
Faculty
In this college faculties members so soo good in numbers that if we take a average there will be atleast 5 to 6 teachers per subjects and thier are some lab teachers separately so it is so quite good. The best faculties i like is the members of physics and chemistry they are so good and friendly so well experienced it feels great to be present here in this college. At first when i come in this college their was one teachers in lab that was lil rude but with time it feels good. Exams are here are soo well plained with right syllabus. In each semester there was total 5 exams the first is ca 1 then ca2 then ca3 then ca4 then semester exam with some practical exams
Night Life
College provides greats facilities like gym , batminton court, football ground and many others games room which is available to students to come and play whenever they like . Many students comes late night to play in the college.
