- The professors are supportive. They will help you in solving your problems
- There are many clubs which will provide you various opportunities to take part in different fields
- The college infrastructure is so well. They organise fest every year
Dislikes
- The quality of ground. The grass are not properly cut and the place was not so clean. Hygiene is not maintained that much. They just keep it clean and tidy during NAAC visit.
- The machine's available in laboratory is not so well functioning. There is shortages of equipments regularly. No safety kits were provided during lab.
- The canteen is not that much clean. Most of the time electricity is not available. There is not so much privacy.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is getting updated day by day . But the teaching experience and syllabus is as same as of 90's. There's a very slight change there.. the teachers are just passing the class. The teachers are not present that much. They just come and read the ppt. Some are good. Some are bad.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester onwards the placement starts.. companies start visiting in our colleges.. mainly mass recruiter companies like TCS Wipro.. which takes so much students. The campus placement is slightly good in CSE DEPT. in other dept. There is so less placement. Around 65% students gets placed
Fees and Financial Aid
The odd semester fees varies from 63500 to 66100 The even semester fees varies from 72500 to 73200 The 4 year package of my course is 600000 approx. The above mentioned fees includes all categories fees.
Campus Life
My overall experience in college is good.. like yeah I'm enjoying it.. I'm getting to know various New things. Related to computer and machine learning. The clubs provided me a platform to up skill my skills regarding photography, scientific related things etc. so yeah all this are good for me.
Admission
I've applied in many colleges but I get selected in this.. and I'm happy because this is near to my house at a distance of 5km. The colleges I've applied to is heritage college, bc Roy, jis, haldia.. etc
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio is like 1:14. The relationship between faculty and students is good and well.. it depends on the communication they are building. How much students is attending the class and present in the lectures. There are 4 internal exams in which.. firstly we've to provide PPT then secondly exam we've to write assignment and submit it.. thirdly exam. It's a written exam of 25 marks of 1 hr and foruthly is a MCQ based exam which you've to give in college only on your laptop. Of 25 marks and finally at every end there's a semester exam.
Night Life
The night life is good. If you're friends to roam around and talk and yap.. like the college is at the corner side. Aside from the city. Although you can visit to nearby sentrum mall, R K mission mandir, also near the college. There's the Asia's largest petrol pump which have the capacity to store largest amount of petrol in whole asia i.e. Jubilee Petrol Pump.
