NIT Agartala Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements in NIT Agartala are actually decent, especially for the top branches like CSE, IT, ECE, Mechanical, and Electrical. Every year many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, L&T, Capgemini, Deloitte, Microsoft, etc. visit the campus. The average package is around 7–8 LPA for CSE/ECE, while core branches get slightly lower, and the highest goes up to 40+ LPA in some years. For other branches like Civil, Chemical, and Production, the placements are a bit lower, but students still manage through campus plus off-campus drives. What I like is that the placement cell is active, and we also get internship opportunities in our 3rd year which help us prepare.

From 3rd semester onwards we're eligible for placements. The companies visit here are Microsoft, Amazon, Phone pe, Paypal , physics wallah, Cloudera. Highest package was 56lpa and average was 18lpa. My plans are either getting to a company or giving GATE exam and securing a good IIT for Mtech

The market is down these days so placement is not very good but yeah i would say its average not that bad. In 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements and company starts visit to campus. Sicne the placement season just started so the process is going on but yeah deollite, oracle, sigmoid, globallogic and many more came and offer jobs. The highest package on campus is nearly about 23lpa which is offered by British Petroleum and average package may vary from 10lpa to 14 lpa. Almost 96% student got placed every year rest are seeking for higher studies and appear in Gate exams. I will take job and start my corporate journey.

The curriculum emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical application, with laboratory work, projects, and internships playing a significant role.These offered courses helps to broaden the student's perspective. The curriculum is credit-based, with each course assigned a certain number of credits. Generally, the mathematics exam is hard and this is the subject where a lot of students fail to get minimum passing marks. The exam is conducted at two timings - One in the morning and the other in afternoon.

from 7th semester they become eligible for the campus placements. google , amazon , deloitte, college duniya and oracle , wipro o9 solution and many more companies visited to our campus . and total offer made was appox 700 . highest package was of 52 lpa and avg 6 lpa . total 95 percent of students got placement .

NIT Agartala provides intership facilities from 3rd year onwards while the full fleged Placements commence from July onwards, which runs upto May the next year. The final year students are only eligible for placements. The Companies that visit includes Amazon,Google,Microsoft,Cisco,Nvidia,Airtel,Reliance,L&T,Wipro,Infosys,etc. The highest package was about 50Lacs from CRED while the average package stands at around 9lacs. Around 89% students who applied for placements got placed.

My branch is ece and the tuff batch in clg and there is somany benifits about these and there is somany chances to get a job so we can easily get place during placement so semiconductor industry will rule india

Placments at NIT Agartala are strong, with students becoming eligible for campus recruitment from 7th semester. Top compines include Google,TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, L&T, Nvidia,Samsung,BEL and public sector units(PSUs). The highest package goes upto 50 LPA in software roles, while the average package ranges from 8-12 LPA for core and tech roles. Around 80-85% students secure placements, with higher percentage in CSE,ECE and core branches. After completing my B.Tech in ECE, I plan to explore opportunities in core electronics, Embedded systems, or software development, leveraging my academic background annd internship experiences.

My college is providing the internships and placements as well.This is much good compared to the state private colleges due to the NIT tag .If you study hard and try to be in a good cgp of 7.5+ you will get atelast in normal tier placmenet.
