As i am in a lush green campus, that's why the view is amazing. You will fall in love with pure air and view of nit Agartala.
NIT agartala has one of the biggest library amongst all north east institutes and colleges. This institute also provides a huge sports complex.

Dislikes

This institutes is very far away from the main city. there is not such a proper connection to the city.
Being a vegetarian, it is very difficult to find proper veg food although college has its shopping complex but it also provides very less vegetarian food.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel room is okaish. Everyone got a room with one person sharing . the hostel is managment is also very good. whenever you complaint about anything they take strict action. the mess food is bad. there are not such many varities for food. registration process for hostel is very easy. there are many person to help you out. and for hostel and mess you will cost i thing 40,000.

Likes

I liked the big campus and the greenary over the campus and peace.
24*7 electricity and water and wifi (except few days)

Dislikes

They provide double rooms in hostel so there is less privacy.
wifi sometimes dont work properly and the network connection here is really bad

Hostel Facilities:

hostel facility is decent rooms are wuite big and the quality of the food is decent and the mess menu is good we have 5 mess i guess 1 is northern mess , southern mess, eastern mess, 1st year mess, veg mess and the foods quality are really good for me . but affordability for the hostel is little costly i would say .

MY LIFE IN NIT AGARTALA

Likes

The infrastructure of this college is very nice , Buildings are new , classrooms are newly built and overall connectivity is nice
The sports facilities here is biggest in the country .The hostel are clean and well managed.

Dislikes

The overall connection speed is not that good ,Jio doesn't work here effectively.
The authorities are not very responsive of our complaints most of the times .

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel for first year is RNT hostel. It's newly built and fully well equipped hostel with all the necessary things. Rooms are spacious and are double sharing for first year and single Sharing after 3rd year . Meal for first year is okayish and you'll have to rely on food from outside . We have to register for hostel through MIS section and then do payment from there , we'll get our rooms alloted randomly through portal.its fully automated.

Social interaction is very less they should improve it

City was far away from campus I don't like it

hostel room was too good in each room 2members alloted hostel look like 5 star hotel food was not good it was routine food we are suffering very lot we are paying for every semister 30000 thousand for hostel fees

Out collage infrastructure are great for hostel
Green campus jts gives great vibes of nature

Dislikes

First year mess is not great at all .....
The weather is unpredictable sometimes it starts raining sometimes too hot

Hostel Facilities:

Fir hostel facilities you will get 2 lifts per block in rnt hostel of nit Agartala and there are 7 such blocks for first year student are are 2 block 8floors available and electricity is 24 hours available but sometimes there are power cut .but quality of rooms are superb . Fir first year mess is not good for for 2nd year onwards you will get different mess there are total 7 mess options available like western mess , Easter mess and those are oswm . Registration is smooth and it's government collage so it's will support you ..but still for people like us with very less income we really need scholarship for further xuarry out our education expenses

The campus is located in a lush green area. It is a peaceful and inspiring place for study and research.
NIT Agartala has modern classrooms. Fully equipped laboratory and dedicated areas for research and innovation.

Dislikes

Being in a less developed area might limit exposure to industries and networking opportunities.
Job placement rates may not be as high as in other institutions, affecting graduates' career prospects.

Hostel Facilities:

Simply 2 students are staying in each room. There is a fan which has better speed,and a table and a chair.Rooms are airy because outside the window there is vast jungle which provides gud quality of air in the room.Mess food is ok ok. Sometimes very very bad, Sometimes u feel like I am eating something. There is one hostel form , you have to fill it and submit in nearby guard room, they will provide room no. As well as mess card.

The CSE branch is so chill that we don't have to worry so much about the attendance and the syllabus.the faculties and syllabus is chill that can be covered over night and because of which we don't have to waste time in class and can prepare for the

The weather here is unpredictable.and whatever weather it is ,it's always going t be the extreme
The location of the nit is a way from city.here things are not available frequently.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facilities like there are two hostels in the nighty Agartala one is Gargi that for girls and for boys there is Aryabhatta and rnt. The facilities that we are getting in the room like we will be getting a bad chair table electricity water food and all they will be getting a cupboard and the mattress and the bed sheet we will have to buy ourself bucket Marg these are not provided. Hear the food quality of boys hostel are so good like the boys hostel are getting four type of mess North Indian south and all in the food quality and food taste is so good but in girls hostel food quality is improving it is a worst condition but it is improving For registering and hostel first of all you you should be registered you should get admission in NIT Agartala and after that you will have to go to mis portal and here you will have to just alot a room to yourself. Here the mess menu is quite good they provide a variety of things and all but in fruits there is no variety only banana

College Life in a nutshell.

Likes

The placement scenario in the college is quite better irrespective of the location which is northeast. It was always a myth that the ratio would be lower.
The average package for computer science department is really commendable and for the lower branches too, the companies do come.

Dislikes

Healthcare facility of the college needs to be looked as it is quite poor.
Hostel facility is poor as well as the food in the hostels too. Even there aren't many canteens in the college.

Hostel Facilities:

I have opted for the hostel and the facility is quite poor. They give sharing room till 3rd year of the degree. The food in the mess is hardly having any taste. One would skip meals than eat mess food. Also talking about the in-time, they prefer a very strict in-time of 7:30 pm for girls which is not making any sense as it is quite early. There is a lack of cleanliness and a lot of restrictions for the girls particularly.

Let's know all about NIT Agartala

Likes

NIT Agartala is good for CSE, ESE and EIE branch students. Almost 80-90% got placed from these branches
The sports facilities in NIT AGARTALA are of top quality. The Atal Bihari Vajpayee sports complex are very big on area

Dislikes

The location of NIT AGARTALA is not good from my experience. The city is about 20-24 kms away from institute.
The professors are not up to mark. Around 90-95% professors there are from locals.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel facilities are quite good. The first and second year students are getting rooms in share basis means 2 students in one room. From 3rd year single student single room facilities are available. Mess food are average. But cleanessses issue is there. Registration process for hostel is quite easy. You have to take a form from hostel and fill and submit to your hostel supervisor. Locality is not good if you rented a room or PG. I don't suggest you to rent a room. Hostel facilities are best as respect to fees they are charging.

Honest review of NIT Agartala

Likes

The perks of being in a national instiute is that you great a good friends circle who really motivates you to study and work hard
NIT Agartala has a really hug campus . Its covered with greenery and its quite refreshing to be there

Dislikes

The location is bit far from main city . Its approximately 20kms from the main city
Faculties and professors are average . It mainly depends on the branch . Some branch have really great teachers whereas some branches donot have

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel life is great . For boys there are two hostels i.e, aryabhatta and rnt . For girls there is only one hostel i.e, gargi. Food are provided 3 times i.e, breakfast , lunch and dinner. Food is above average quality . Obviously you cant expect 5 star quality food from a college hostel which takes only 24000 as fees per semester

My sister was a hosteller at NIT Agartala and lived a life full of restrictions and rules. The hostel timing is very rigid around 6 PM. The college ends at 5: 30 so you have only half an hour to stay outside the hostel. This is very illogical especially if you are someone who likes to roam around and explore the campus. Even worse, the weekend timings are 5:30 PM so you have no time to enjoy. From what I heard, the hostel supervisor is very strict and gives no flexibility or freedom to girls. He ensures that all hostel rules are followed religiously.

In terms of facilities, NIT Agartala is one of the best colleges with a beautiful infrastructure and hostel facilities. Just remember that you won’t be able to enjoy your freedom here and might have to adjust to hostel rules.
