I got this college because I deserved this in my rank. Comparing this institute with other,I can say this is the best institute you deserve . Not everyone can go into IITs or top NITs .Faculties ,students ,labs and equipments , placements are quite good in this college if you compare this with other tier 3 colleges and the colleges which spend so much money in advertisements rather than investing in educational facilities. The admission process is through JOSAA and CSAB counselling and the later is physical reporting . You should crack JEE MAINS with a good qualifying marks to enter in this course.

- As i am in a lush green campus, that's why the view is amazing. You will fall in love with pure air and view of nit Agartala.
- NIT agartala has one of the biggest library amongst all north east institutes and colleges. This institute also provides a huge sports complex.

- This institutes is very far away from the main city. there is not such a proper connection to the city.
- Being a vegetarian, it is very difficult to find proper veg food although college has its shopping complex but it also provides very less vegetarian food.
Admission:
i also got Indian institutes of information technology bhagalpur in jossa councelling but everyone wants a nitian tag. that's why i opt nit over iiit. Yaa i failed in jee advanced. i got a score of 93 in jee advanced. You can get all nits through jossa and csab councelling. by clearing jee main exam you can be a part of nits. Being a general candidate you can get computational mathematics at the last rank of 52,000. And if you just want to be a part of nit agartala then you can get the last seat at maybe 95,000. Jee exams is the most preferred exam for engineering in India. the competition is very much. you have to work hard to clear this exam. my overall admission experience is very hectic.

For admission in NIT Agartala one have to clear jee mains with certain cutoff of the year of admission. The school and St students don't have to fee tution fee but they have to have other fees. The frequency of exam is once or twice in a year and difficulty level is medium to high. I think the admission process went all good I think there is no need of improving it only the Xerox shops were little far from ece , electrical and CSE and instrumentation .

- This college is big ,it's about 350+ acres so you have cycle because every this is far from each other like classroom and hostel distance.

It's not about only my choice,it's about rank also.According to my rank it's a best for me, But I prefer NIT AGARTALA because of infrastructure and large campus with giant sports complex.No I didn't get rejection from any college. I get this college in second round of CSAB. It's same as others nits , admission by jee mains mark.

I applied in MBB college, RTC and and NIT AGARTALA. Actually I wanted to become an engineer so I choose NIT AGARTALA. I did not get any rejection from any college. A student who want to study in NIT he or she must clear the JEE mains exam and after then he or she will be eligible for study in NIT. And He must have 75 percent marks in class 12. The admission Process is very simple in NIT.

I got into this college through my jee mains score ,I was getting NIT patna CSE but I chose this college over that cuz I wanted to come here cuz of the extensive campus of 365 acres and its excellent sports facilities . To get into this college you have to give jee mains and then go through jossa counseling and then you have to come here , you'll go through physical verification and then you can join this college .

I was preparing for jee and I crack it with 83.36 percentile NIT are the top colleges in India with proper central government suffort India I did choose any another college because the nit college culture was totally different from any other colleges

Actually I made some mistakes during joosa counciling as by mistakenly the computer science engineering in specialization AI and ML .was got on top of my choise filling ..and i didn't noticed it ..so due to this from the starting of joosa counciling the choise was stuck there.and I was not willing to take addmission in GFTI and it's was too far from my home .and finnally at csab counciling i got into nit Agartala in this course also there was not vacancy in computer science and ece and electrical might be there was 1 seat ...so ...that's my bad luck So I prefer not to do such a big mistakes never ever during counciling it's more tough than the actual examination of jee

As a student of NIT Agartala, I will try to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of my college in relation to IIIT Trichy-
- Location- Location is the main factor in which NIT Agartala lags behind IIIT Trichy. Though Agartala has train, rail and air connectivity, it feels a bit disconnected from the other parts of the country.
- Courses Offered- NIT Agartala is quite old, and was originally established in 1965. It offers a number of B.Tech courses- Bio Engineering, Chemical, Civil, CSE, EE, ECE, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechanical and Production. On the other hand, IIIT Trichy offers B.Tech CSE and ECE only.
- Infrastructure- NIT Agartala has one of the best infrastructures among Indian engineering colleges. Its infrastructure is world-class. Some of its infrastructural elements are- a gym, an indoor stadium, five hostels, departmental buildings and the 2nd supercomputer of northeast.

There are a total of 50 seats offered every year by NIT Agartala for B.Tech. course. The total fee of the course is INR 5.62 lacs. Admission to the course is provided on the basis of JEE Mains examination.
