NIT Arunachal Pradesh campus is still under development and has very few facilities. The classrooms are not air-conditioned, and teachers are not provided with microphones or speakers. There are no sports grounds or proper labs. Although there is a library, it lacks sufficient materials.
A major issue is the water shortage during winter, particularly in January, which sometimes leads to a holiday in February. Additionally, most things in Arunachal Pradesh are expensive. The food and canteen facilities are subpar, with tasteless or sometimes bad food. The Internet and transport services are also unreliable.

Room Rent Per Semester for the male at the NIT Arunachal Pradesh will be INR 4000/-. Facilities provided in the room at the NIT Hosel are only 3-bed rooms provided for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year every student has their own study table, fan, bulb, LAN and window Meal quality is good because all the things used in meals are of a certified company, the menu is good but breakfast is little oily food. Registration is done by the HMC office every semester.
