VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Come 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Ham companies visited are Google,Microsoft, amazon,HCL,IBC etc. A total of 450 offers were made. Highest package offer day is 88 Lpa and average packages 8 to 9 Lpa. A total of 80% of students got placement. Job after UG and acquire skills for joining PG.

Placements are the main highlight of teh institution. Currently in this placement season more than 11,000 offers from 450 companies. Campus placement is one such dimension that attracts the students to the institution. On successful completion of credits and properly maitaing a good CGPA, students get eligible for campus recruitment drives. For 3 yr courses, placement starts by the end of 5th semester but properly drive happens in last semester. For 4yr courses, the same happens after 7th semester, they also start sitting for placements. Recently, we had Nielsen IQ and Malomatia for 3 and 6LPA respectively. Highest package offered to BCA is 25LPA by Amazon AWS, don't whether the company would come this year. The average package would be somewher around 2-3 LPA. Most of the students like more than 75% students gets placed in my course. My plan after getting the degree is to go for placement and start working and gaining industry expertise/ experience. Most of the companies are demanding good aptitude and reasoning skills from every candidates.

Campus placement is offered discuss about employability weekly classes are held and more 60 percentage of students get placements. The average salary will be 3LPA to 4LPA max is 6LPA The placement companies has contract like 2 or 3 years which we should be worked

VIT has a good record of placements through out the years. With the CSE program seeing over 90 percentage placements. In 2023 the highest package was 1.02 crore and the average was 9.30 LPA. Also around 70 percent of them secure internships with roles like software engineering.

VIT is known for its placements. More than 500+ companies come for placements like Amazon, Accenture , TCS and more year with lakhs and lakhs of students being employed. Mid way through a student's 7th(4 year program) or 5th (3 year program) or 9th ( integrated program) they become eligible. The eligibility criteria is simple , a student need to have 60% both in 11th and 12th, no backlogs or 1 backlog (differs to companies) while sitting for the placements. For BCA the highest salary offered is 12 LPA and min is 6LPA. The package differes for the departments. The average is 10-11 LPA. Every year the placed students percentage increases and differes. The average is 60%. Many students continue to study masters either in vit itself or abroad too. I am planning to studying post graduate too.

There are good placements in my collage. Student's can opt for placements from 5th semester. Student's can go for placements if they don't have any backlogs.Highest package for my course is 25LPA.My plans after BCA is higher studies.

From your final year you are eligible for placements if you dont have any backlogs Many companies like tcs, amazon comes for campus placements, more than 40 percentage of students are getting placed here

We are eligible to attend campus placements from 5th semester onwards. I don't know the exact names of companies but there are ample offers made from various companies. College also ensure that the maximum number of the students are placed before we graduate. The percentage of students getting placed in our course is around 60-70%. My plans after graduation is to pursue a master's degree .

My course provides many projects on every courses (Like for C programming course, i had a project and like for Data mining,Cloud computing,Mobile Applications development,Web Development i have done projects,these are part of the course...projects can be done individually or certain facilities will allot a group

I don't know much about placements but I heard some guys placed for 1.7 c per annum i guess. I my course last year out of 300,6 got placed in AWS for 1lakh per month and 10 students for 30k per month or less. I don't about other students. One of my friends senior said he was made to attend bba course interview
