I like the infrastructure of my collage.
The facilities it provides here is incredible.

Dislikes

There is no campus like ,very strict inside the campus.
Hostelers have in time and out time to go outside.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very perfect.It very updated and it is also helpful for the placements.They are covering all programming languages including c++,java,python,c# etc which are mandatory language for a computer student.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The following companies provide good internships and stipend Google - software engineering, machine learning. Microsoft- software engineering internn, data scientist inter. It gain us experience in technologies.

Placement Experience

There are good placements in my collage. Student's can opt for placements from 5th semester. Student's can go for placements if they don't have any backlogs.Highest package for my course is 25LPA.My plans after BCA is higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The year wise fee is 57000.This include 2000 which was the caution deposit. The registration fee was 600.All the students have same fees structure. The hostel fee was around 1,54000.Apart from it I also had caution deposit for hostel which was 15000.

Campus Life

There are several tech fest and cultural fest in my campus like GRAVITAS, RIVIERA, THANIMA etc. A lot of clubs and chapters are available in our campus. Annual sports meet and cultural meets happens everytime.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities in VIT is at the peak. There are different types of hostel in VIT.We can choose as per our wish.Ac hostel, Non ac hostel, non veg food, veg food,apartment ,non apartment type.Every hostel have playing areas.

Hostel Fee: INR 134000 per year

Admission

I tried in several other collages including central universities ,Amritha university, SRM university. And I got admission in amritha universityBt I rejected the offer and came to VIT because of its good infrastructure and academics.

Faculty

Different types of faculties are here.There are friendly faculties on the other hand not that friendly faculties.Anyway the teaching is good and understandable.The mark distribution is perfect.It is according to the answer key.

Placement Experience:

VIT has a good record of placements through out the years. With the CSE program seeing over 90 percentage placements. In 2023 the highest package was 1.02 crore and the average was 9.30 LPA. Also around 70 percent of them secure internships with roles like software engineering.

Fee structure for bachalor degree in computer application is 25000 for one semester. Exam fees various for semesters. For first fourth semester it is upto 1000 - 2000. Per semester. Our college had ties with many big brands like Asian paints, Infosys, Tata Consultancies, etc. Th, e marks in your core subjects must be 60 percent without any arrears are only recruited for the campus selection by the college. 30 percent of the students were selected for the placement.

The reason i choosed this college over the other college is because that VIT Vellore is the top college than others and the placements are soo good. And is known for placements. I could not make it to IIT as per my percentile. It was easy to apply for VIT Vellore. I went to vit.ac.in then all the instructions with procedures were dispalyed. I had got to apply for PES Banglore, And was confirmed in JSS. But i didn't take admission there as VIT provides the best admission than other colleges. The eligibility is to be 12th pass with more than 75% in P,C,M and CS. Then the cutoff will be released. Students will get rank based on their board percentage....Read More

Everything you need to know about VIT

I didn't applied for TNEA counselling. I wrote many exams like VITEEE, JEE mains,Manipal entrance exam. And I got a chance to grab a seat in Manipal institute of technology. But the fees is too expensive for B.Tech chemical engineering (?3 lakh+). So I dropped it. I didn't make a good rank in VITEEE. And also I barely passed in JEE mains. I applied online in the portal of msc integrated admission where I applied by filling all the necessary requirements and finally by paying ?600. No entrance exam to join in this department, purely based on 12th marks and the student has to secure above 60% in 12th board overall....Read More
