- Faculty is very good and teaches the best everyone are experts made a good connection with students.
- Yes, they provide scholarships for outstanding students in their studies.
- Good infrastructure, good placements, where is clubs, sports? and many more faculty also to close for well. explained call lg surrounded by so many where is areas so freedom, good friends, good community, so pleasant, surroundings various religions

- All the teachers are well qualified but the principal of the college is not good in behaviour and he will not help anyone in placements.
- Hostel was worst part of the institute the food is bad
- The boys hostels are bad. they rooms are small and the furniture they provide are broken.

- Infrastructure is good and advanced. There will provide you with the lastest version of everything available
- Placements are also good and when it comes to secure students future they do good
- The university itself will help you get internship starting from 5th semester.

- Over populated students there are almost 3-5k students in each batch of Btech
Placement Experience:
Campus placement are there and it's good for CSE Btech students especially.
They are having a 6-7 lakhs average and also in 2022 a student got 1cr package and i think it will great in my graduation year too

- In south we can see many north people and they are very friendly
- Big campus and very eco friendly with clean enviroment
- Making friends here are very easy because there are many northies
Dislikes
- Mess food are not good here even in agasthiyar block
- Teacher discriminate by your skin colour if you are from south you will get good marks
- People of south are not good there behaviour is very bad

- the overall campus and the infrastructre is soo good that you can have a good campus life
- the faculties are well experienced and well behaving
- they do conduct a lot of events that are related to learning and cultural events
Dislikes
- there is a bit issue of ragging from seniors
- some securites are soo rude that they dont even know how to talk to students
- shortage of lifts making us to wait a lot which leads us to get into class a bit late
Placement Experience:
The college do provide a good salary package and a lot of students get placed in good companies with a decent salary package and they do provide 100% placement assistance and they do provide lot of ev ents which can help us to get placed in good companies

- Good maintenance of hostels and college as well
- We have freedom to do what ever we want we
- Encourages students in all fields and make their needs and also help in real-time projects etc
Dislikes
- Hostels are much stricter sometimes coz of that students may face problems sometimes
- Students sometimes will take advantage of the freedom that university provide
- In some cases mess food is not as good as expected
Course Curriculum Overview:
Usually semister exams are not that hard based to other universities papers and also the level of correction is based on the examiner and the paper includes all the information from the books or notes and I choose this course coz nowadays cyber attacks have been growing to overcome this I want to try my best

- High amount of tution fees to be paid per year nd teaching doesn't meet expectations
- Demanding separate fees for all other co curricular works, events and exams
Placement Experience:
Mostly after the 6th semester students who have good cgpa as well as highly talented get the intern from top MNC's. According to my knowledge the companies that commonly visits SRM are TCS, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE,COGNIZANT, DELOITTE, TECH MAHINDRA AND MANY OTHER....
The highest placement till date is 1CR that is offered by Amazon.

- I really liked the infrastructure and the facilities. We had several labs with good instruments. Including 2 Cessna and 1 helicopter.
- The faculties were really good, always ready to help and even stay in touch after passing out. They reach out to students for reasearch projects and even help them gain scholarship for matsers
- The culture of SRM is great,one can find students from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Dislikes
- Few faculties do discriminate for not being from Tamil Nadu, but it's manageable
- Obviously the food is not that great, specially for people coming from north
- There's only local train available to reach the main city, which is a bit hectic at times.
Placement Experience:
Around 80-85% of the students were placed.
Around the end of third year students are asked to choose whether they want to sit for placement or go for higher studies.
Based on the students choice they are assigned extra trainings apart from regular classes which will help them to secure a good job or a good college for master's
The highest package is 1Cr and the avg is 8LpA
I got placed in a welll reputed company in my core industry from the college

- Really big and huge library with a really big collection of books for every type of things
- The girls to boys ratio for Btech CSE is around an average of 70:30
- The sem has 4 FT so it helps to do the syllabus little by little and then u have ur finals
Dislikes
- The university infrastructure is lacking and for AC we have to first inform our FA
- There is discrimination against norths done by some teachers
Placement Experience:
Students start to get offer from 6 sem and most of the companies come for placement and the highest package is around 60 lpa and average is 8 lpa and the percentage of students getting placed is around 80 to 90 percent and my plan is go for mtech after degree

- The campus culture is amazing.the freedom to explore while staying in hostel has always amazed me .There are many clubs to join which ranges from fun clubs such as dance,music to technical clubs such as racing teams.
- staffs are really healping with projects and doubts.culturals programs happen year round and is different for each department.placement assistance is provided but is low comparitively with previous years.
- girls to boys ration is not soo great in the btech department .medical fields have higher no of girls .renovations and new equipments are revised .
Dislikes
- the curfew for girls are fixed at 7 pm which was a dissapoinment as they had to report early.Outing plans had to be changed because of this.
- the area around the college is a local one which is 40 km away from chennai city.Even though suburban trains are available,its a hectic task to travel without a vehicle
- the streets around college are necesserily not safe always as local people need to be dealt with carefully.
Placement Experience:
placements are decent and not as high as its projected.we can start applying from 3rd year and companies arrive for interviews and exams.CSE btech has the highest no of offers.package starts from 3.5 lks and goes as high as 55lks.I had planned to do MS from a foreign university ,hence have not tried for placements.

- The college infrastructure is good and well maintained.
- The culture inside the college is diverse and you get a lot of exposure by meeting and greeting different kinds of people all around India.
- The faculty is great and friendly until and unless you're complying with the college norms.
Dislikes
- The college is overwhelming crowded during peak college hours.
- Being situated in Chennai it is mostly hot and humid throughout the year.
- Some times people segregate themselves into groups.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement logistics of this college is good as compared to other private colleges in India, students can apply for internships from the beginning of 3rd semester itself and can get a PPO based on there performance. Mostly mass recruiters visit the campus including top MNCs and offer made last years were around thousand. Highest package was around 54 lac with average being 7 to 8 lakhs, percentage of students getting placed is 75 to 80. My plan is to go for job after completing my degree

- I appreciated the fact that networking was encouraged in the college, There were many clubs which help you level up according to the industry standard.
- There are a lot of events happening here and there like hackathons, contests, quizzes etc. for good engagement.
- Infrastructure is insane. you have Mac labs, Smart projectors, specialty labs, Club labs and much more
Dislikes
- The teachers are a little egoistic, so, got to treat them nicely (the less knowledgeable the more ego).
- College is a little stingy if you got an off-campus internship. Until and unless you have landed a fortune 500 company's internship, there will be no on-duty allowances for internships.
- The college forces you to release a research paper for all your projects and is very stingy regarding the format. they will change it themselves and expect you to know it already wasting a lot of paper and money.
Placement Experience:
you become eligible the moment you reach 3rd year.
many companies visit SRM like AWS, Honeywell, Delloite, Samsung, ABinBev etc.
Hieghest packages are mostly Off campus, on campus hieghest was 50 lakh (Delloite)
percentage of getting placed is quite high (80-90%) but those are mostly non-tech jobs.
