- Infrastructure is nice, accessible through elevators and escalators
- The canteen is good . The food here is healthy and delicious.The best thing is that, the food is made with hygiene. The staff is also very cooperative. The ambience is also great .
Dislikes
- There is too fighting inside the campus,.
- Some of faculty from southern part of India are racist towards students..
Campus Life:
Campus life can be challenging for students who struggle to find their place or cope with academic pressures. While movies often depict university as an exciting, carefree time, the reality can be quite different. For some students, adjusting to new environments, managing workloads, and dealing with financial concerns add up to a lonely experience. Classes can feel overwhelming, especially when the pressure to succeed academically is constant. Without close friends or support networks, the bustling campus can feel like an isolating space.
Likes
- Infrastructure is fine. University has multiple elevators and escalators for easy access through all the floors
- Library has abundant of books and resources available.
Dislikes
- Fight breakouts are quite common and police is involved mostly too.
- Faculty is half south-indian and half north-indian. Faculty from southern parts are quite difficult to understand as they're a bit racist
Campus Life:
There is one fest organised every year in March. The freshers party is held around October. Other than that most of the events are workshops building a good intellect in students. Sports are not too shabby, there are events held for the same. and every year there is an event for college sports teams to participate for a week full of matches. There are clubs for everything here(gaming, dance, photography, music and much more)
Likes
- the overall campus and the infrastructre is soo good that you can have a good campus life
- the faculties are well experienced and well behaving
Dislikes
- there is a bit issue of ragging from seniors
- some securites are soo rude that they dont even know how to talk to students
Campus Life:
overall campus life is soo good and you will get plenty of chances to participates in club activities and the library are too good and have a plenty of book collections which can help you with your academics.
Likes
- Good maintenance of hostels and college as well
- We have freedom to do what ever we want we
Dislikes
- Hostels are much stricter sometimes coz of that students may face problems sometimes
- Students sometimes will take advantage of the freedom that university provide
Campus Life:
Campus life is very amazing there is peacefull ness there much to explore and much to learn every where is greenery and much big campus and have all facilities and we can have many friends of different departments
Likes
- Great infrastructure and availability of all resources with elab, e-library, multiple systems to access etc
- Placement records in the past years is magnificent
Dislikes
- High amount of tution fees to be paid per year nd teaching doesn't meet expectations
- Demanding separate fees for all other co curricular works, events and exams
Campus Life:
The annual fest MILAN is among one of the best university fest....there are several mini gests as well like, RENDEZVOUS ,AARUSH ,MINI MILAN ETC. SRM has over 100 clubs and groups in all fields like technology, corporate, events, sponsorship,sports,gaming etc.
Likes
- Diverse learning enviornment. SRM AP offers wide range of courses extra curricular activities and social opportunites
- Networking. Collage campus are the best gold mines of networking where student interacts with classmates and highly qualified professors
Dislikes
- Academic stress. Keeping up the pace of coursework curricular activites and social can be stressfull for some students
- Economic costs. Mostly students consider most students consider tution fees too costly
Campus Life:
The campus life is very vibrant there are many people to interact with there are many fests such as PARIDHAAN as ethinic day ALOHA as the freshers and main is the INIFINITUS fest which is the most biggest national level fest in SRM AP overall the library is also very huge
Likes
- Made some good friends ,it's not related to college but I just did
- U can complain freely about anything they'll look into it.
Dislikes
- Time schedule,like I gotta run waking up 4/5 days with bush in my mouths
- 75% attendance mandatory.half of the universe live off of medical leave
Campus Life:
There are 2 main fests Aloha to welcome freshers and infinitus at the end sem , lot more happens every month's, overall campus life is enjoyable,the library has been recently upgraded,but there is a lack of navals, there are a LOT of clus non non academic areas are most likely involved student run systems
Likes
- The campus is soo good, faculties and management is also top notch but the state domination is high due to which North Indians should get exploited sometimes.
- Engagement with campus life is so good ,, quality of social interaction is also top notch you get good north Indians frnds if you are from North side..
Dislikes
- The south indian dominance it don't like at all means we are also paying the fees so why would be exploited them on the basis of native place n all.
- One more thing I don't like about srm is the allowance of all vehicle inside the campus which led the mishape chances ..
Campus Life:
Srm provide and active and dynamic campus life with a diverse experience and ample of extracurricular activities opportunity,while there are area of improvement for the club and all where clubs should be active , they should provide mentorship and wellness programmes for students,, although the overall aspect is good they offer a good library which provide a wide range of books and journal to study..
Likes
- The college infrastructure is good and well maintained.
- The culture inside the college is diverse and you get a lot of exposure by meeting and greeting different kinds of people all around India.
Dislikes
- The college is overwhelming crowded during peak college hours.
- Being situated in Chennai it is mostly hot and humid throughout the year.
Campus Life:
The annual festival is AARUSH and it is held in october to november, the library is massive and has a lot of book with technical topic and arts and literature as well. The classrooms are technologically advanced with basic amenities like AC and projectors, Sports is given high priority in the campus, there are many student run social group and clubs which one can join anytime.
Likes
- The campus colors and the vibes of the college
- The staffs and non teaching staffs how they help out the students
Dislikes
- Soem staffs who does not teach and do nothing
Campus Life:
Campus life is rich with events and other programmes every department has ots own events and programmes the main even is hosted by the discipline committee of the college and is knkwn as milan it is one of the largest cultural fest in the university
