The course curriculum is relevant as they teach all the core subjects as well as extra-curricular subjects like graphics , biology, mechanical , yoga , foreign language etc. The curriculum is moderate to prepare us for the industry level. The improvements can be made on the implementation of the 0 credit subjects . There are 3 ct exams with 1 month gap each and then there is a final endsem exam each semester and the difficulty level is quite easy.

The details of the internship oppurtunities available depends on the individual . Various opportunities are there for the students to work hard and apply for internships . The faculties even guide for entrepreneurial line.

The placement here are decent but due to recession the students are tensed . The students become eligible for getting PPO's during campus placements by 7th semester. The exact details of the packages can be refered on their website. My plans after getting the degree is to secure a good placement .

The tution fee for the 2023 enrollment was 450000/yr and now for the 2024 batch the fee has been increased to 475000/yr. The hostel fee varies on the basis of the hostel opted . The hostel fee range is 1.1lakh-3lakh . The exam fee for every semester endsems is approx 3k . The scholarship is provided on the basis of the rank achieved in srmjeee exam and defence scholarship is there .

The overall experience with campus life , focusing on social aspects , club involbement and the infrasturcture provided is good . Two fests are conducted majorly ..one is named "aarush" which is the tech-fest usually in september and the other is "milan" which is the cultural fest. The library is top-notch with great accessibility of books. The facilities in classrooms is moderate. Sports are offered on the campus. There is a basketball court , indoor badminton court , cricket nets and swimming pool. There are different clubs related to dance , robotics , sports , music , coding, etc

The hostel facility is moderate . I prefer non-ac hostels as they are value for money . One cot is provided to each student along with one study table and a chair and an almirah for accommodations. The meal quality is decent and the menu has variety but the only bad thing is that the menu doesn't change frequently and we have to eat the same dishes for years. Hostel booking is carried out online on the student portal.

I opted for this college as it has a better alumni network , great infrastructure , amazing campus , top-notch faculty and good placements. The admission process is through online srmjeee exam. The course can be opted on the basis of the rank scored in that exam. I got selected in vit and manipal but they are much overcrowded. I couldnt get a secured admission in nits due to low score in JEE Mains. The eligibility to get admission in SRM is 60% aggregate in PCM .

The faculty-to-student ratio is good enough. The faculties are easily approachable and are always ready to clear doubts and guide us. The best faculties are the math faculties and chemistry faculties. There are usually 3 internal cts and then final endsem exam per semester. It is easy to pass the exams and all subjects as 60% weightage is of internals which includes assignments also. The course curriculum is relevant and appropriate but it can be more accurate.

The nightlife is not much as we are not allowed to roam even inside our campus in the night as we are requested to be inside our hostels by 9pm . The students usally go to the GST Food Street at night which is nearby or go to various beaches . The campus gym is overcrowded and there are canteens in university building , eateries beside hostels , general stores and a food complex.
