Just being honest

Likes

The ambience of the university is extremely good. We can to stay within nature 24/7. The campus is addictive.

Dislikes

I personally do not like politics so I feel a bit off when stuff like that happens in the campus. Also the hotels are pretty old so that is also a demerit

Fees and Financial Aid:

The course and hostel fee is pretty low considering the facilities. We have a no. Of scholarships offered by the Japanese government or Japanese foundation that comes to campus ..we just need to be worthy of the same.

JNU DETAILED ANALYSIS

Likes

The faculties are very helpful and the material they provide will not only boost your grades but also prepares you for the competitive exams like jlpt,NAT etc.
The campus and library are full of people filled by wisdom. The best part of jnu is that you will learn how to express yourself and participate in debates and extracurricular activities

Dislikes

The political parties, i mean it's good but sometimes violence can be seen.
We have a 9 floor library but only 2 floors are reading rooms which sometimes especially during exams creates a mess because we don't get seat to study

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fee is very less i.e 118/ semester and the mess bill varies from hostel to hostel but let's take an average of 3200/month. The hostel charges are around 1400/semester which includes electricity and room rent.

Great faculty, amazing Japanese scope. Scholarships given by JNU are top notch, including the prestigious MEXT scholarship
You are here to become employable and the good teachers will help you get there.

Dislikes

Extremely competitive environment, gets toxic at times.
Right wing political influence decides who gets appointed as teacher. ABVP hooliganism is rampant at times.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The tuition fee is negligible, barely 130 or so per semester. MCM merit cum means a scholarship is available for those who need it. Shinnyoen scholarship is also available. Study in Japan scholarships are hard to get but still are very much available in JNU compared to other institutions. These include Heiwa Nakajima Scholarship, Osaka University scholarships (varies year to year) and the ministry scholarship (MEXT). Master's students get TUFS scholarship, and Maple amongst others. Job placements are great, assuming you have at least JLPT N3. N2 is even better and N1 is great. Of course, your interview proficiency also matters.

This college campus has lot of trees and greeneries
Teacher of this college campus is very high qualified and their method of their teaching is excellent

Dislikes

People who talk shit about the politics inside the campus the campus
A number of people who trying to spread violence between students

We have i guess the lowest tution fee in india we are paying 190 per sem as a tution fee and 30 hostel fee and if I talk about scholarship we have a scholarship named mcm in which student get 2000 rupees every month

The unexplored side of JNU

Likes

I love the culture of awarness programs and talks on various issues
The campus, its full of trees and nature

Dislikes

The people spreading fake news about JNU
The increasing number of gender gap with each new batches coming in the campus, earlier it use to be 51% girls which is now reduced to 40%

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees of Jnu is very cheap. They provide us hostel and the food provided in the hostels consists of a lot of varities at an economical price and the taste is cosiderably good. We obtain scholarship like mcm, mext and toufus for Japanese students (they conduct exams as well as interview after qualifying one can go to Japan for a year snd they also receive stipend monthly from the government)

Life in JNU

Likes

NIRF Ranking is number 2 in all of indian university
The course i have chosen is unique and has good placements

Fees and Financial Aid:

Each semester, a student will have to pay around 150-200rs as the semester registration fee. MCM is a scholarship provided by JNU for students of lower income sector of the society. Hostel fee will be 6000rs (4500rs being the security deposit). The students are expected to pay their mess bills every month.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees are basically free with the only thing we have to pay being the hostel mess fees. As for financial aid there is MCM scholarship of ?2000 per month for economically weaker students, which I think is a little less considering it can't cover the hostel mess fees.

Know what JNU is !!!!

Likes

The university is as huge as our milky way galaxy. And if you want a green University in delhi then i think this one is the best.
The infrastructure is also awesome . This university was made about 50 years ago and you won't see any sign of aging to this university.

Dislikes

The plus point of this place is also the negative point because you have to walk a lot means a lot.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I think you can't get kind of University in the whole country, this university is ranked 2nd according to the NIRF University ranking and still this very University charges around ?110 for one semester. So in terms of study and fees , this university breaks all boundaries. There are a lot of scholarship opportunities here like you even get free one year study opportunity in foreign countries and you don't have to pay anything. The university and it's companions will bear the all over living and studing expenditures.

Honest review of The India's topmost university:- JNU

Likes

Mostly i am impressed with the way of teaching of the professor and also of the friendly behaviour.
After that the facilities given in the hostel and also in the campus area there is also a small market where you will get your daily nedded things easily.

Dislikes

I don't like the delay for giving the hostel by the IHA . Sometime it took almost one year to get a hostel .
AND I also don't like the cut of wifi and not the availability of the WiFi in some dormatiory

Fees and Financial Aid:

The academic fee of Student that is pursuing B.A. hons is 268 Ruppes only for per year. Regarding the fee structure it is too much good other than universities of india . It is very hard to live in the national capital or india to live in 120 ruppes per year for the hostel . And regarding the scholarships , there are many scholarships given by the centre and school of the university . To avail the scholarships it is depend on your academic performance and also the class performance . As i am a Japanese language student i am telling you that the centre give the scholarship named MEXT to study in japan for higher education. And it is totally free of cost . And There are many companies who visits to campus like Amazon , Sony , Samsung and many other automobile company who visits in campus .

A honest review of Doing Ba language in JNU

Likes

Greenery in campus, anti ragging environment
Faculty are very friendly or experienced

Dislikes

In some hostel there is water problem etc
Sports ground are nott well maintained.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee is very affordable for language courses like 250-270 per year. Cost study is negligible. There are many scholarships in each course. They give them a chance to go Japan, Korea for further studies and pay for all their expenditure.
