Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because i loved Japanese language and Japan and i wanted to learn new things about Japan. The faculties are very nice and very cooperative. They are always ready to help you and clear your doubts . They are even ready to clear your doubts If you ask several times . The student to teacher ratio is about 35:1 and it may go up and down due to several reasons. The faculties are very knowledgeable and well educated and kind too. They are very very cooperative. The semesters are of around 6 months and there are 3 seasonal exams in each semester and 1 end semester. If you don't study well then it would be very difficult to pass the exam .

Internships Opportunities

3.5

The internship opportunity is decent , you will get okay package. The companies like Infosys, TCS visits the campus. Several embassies also visits here . You have opportunities but don't completely rely on it .

Placement Experience

3.5

There are placement opportunities for different courses at different times but mostly companies visits the university every year for the 3rd year graduation students. And the package is also decent like you don't have to worry.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think you can't get kind of University in the whole country, this university is ranked 2nd according to the NIRF University ranking and still this very University charges around ?110 for one semester. So in terms of study and fees , this university breaks all boundaries. There are a lot of scholarship opportunities here like you even get free one year study opportunity in foreign countries and you don't have to pay anything. The university and it's companions will bear the all over living and studing expenditures.

Campus Life

4.5

There are so many fests and other things organized here frequently. If you want to learn new things then you have a tons of opportunities. Library is the heart of this university , there is a 8 story library with 24x7 access with with all the other required needs . If you come to sports activities then again you have a lot of options and opportunities. As we know JNU is one of the most politically active university and so many students unions are here and they are always ready to help everybody. They also organise several knowledgeable and fun things for students. One thing i also want to add in this is that this university is 24x7 active , you don't have any restrictions , you can go anywhere anytime.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

If you come to the hostel point then you must know that here are 18 hostels in the university and several dormitories for students. The hostles are decent . The meal quality is also decent and not so expensive, the menu is also very diverse and good. Registration process for the hostel is very simple and easy, even you don't have to worry . You just have to that counter and they will provide you the hostle or dormitory which is vacant. There are also so many rented rooms and PGs nearly so you don't have to worry.

Admission

For getting eligible for this course you must have scored about 50% marks in your intermediate board level or from any renowned institution. You can find application form from NTA website and it costs around ?1500 for the form. But the form filling process is quite confusing, you will have to check the requirements for the different University for different courses. This thing must be made simpler because it causes great difficulty for people. If you look at the cut off of JNU, you will find that for BA Hons in Japanese the cut was around 86 points i.e. 86% of the marks. By the way the admission process at JNU is very easy , one can easily manage .

Other Applied Colleges

Banaras Hindu University - [BHU] | Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.}

I didn't opt for this college because JNU is far better than BHU.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I personally enjoy the course a lot. Greek philosophy is by far my favourite subject so far as it's super interesting and actually fun to read and understand. Logic and ethics are also good. They’re challenging but manageable once you get the hang of the concepts. The curriculum is detailed and gives a good foundation if you want to study further in philosophy or related areas like law, civil services, etc. The subjects change every semester so it doesn’t get boring. Exams happen twice a year (end semester), and most of them are okay in terms of difficulty. If you’re regular with classes and practice PYQs, it becomes easier.

German course has high demands and in germany there are relevant chances that I can get good paying jobs,I would say that the teachers are really nice, if you study well they will help you alot and are really appreciable, I would say there are none to improve because it's kinda easy to study the subject on your own, the difficulty of exams are what it should be like, it's good it's great, to make you a better person and student, and the time duration they give is enough to solve each and every exams
