University of Hyderabad (UoH) admission 2024 is ongoing for PG programs. The university has released the list of shortlisted candidates for admission counselling. Applicants can check the provisional selection list through the official website of Hyderabad University (acad.uohyd.ac.in). Hyderabad University will conduct admission counselling for PG programs without an interview component from July 09 to July 13, 2024. The admission counseling for PG courses (M.Sc Neural and Cognitive Science, MPA Dance, Theatre Arts, Music, MVA, MBA Healthcare, and Hospital Management, Business Management) having an interview component will be held on July 15, 2024. Step 1: Registration: The registration process for admission to all courses (all of the courses (provided on the university campus) usually begin in May or June and lasts till August. However, admission process for MBA and M.Tech starts little earlier than PG and Integrated PG programs right after the result declaration of entrance examination. Step 5:Final Admission: Candidates offered admission after the document verification must pay the admission fee. The admission will be offered after the successful payment of fee. All candidates (except PH) must pay INR 8790/- towards the admission fee for the first semester of the course. All PH candidates are required to pay INR 5,230.
University of Hyderabad Cutoffs
- University of Hyderabad does not release cutoff marks for admission to Integrated PG and PG programs done through CUET.
- The selection for Integrated PG and PG programs is solely based on the merit list released by the university based on entrance exam score and performance in the interview.
- To be considered for Integrated PG admissions, candidates must score a minimum cutoff of 50 marks in the qualifying papers of CUET UG examination.
- Candidates scoring above 80 percentile in the CUET PG examination have higher chances of getting a seat in one of the Integrated MA or M.Sc programs at Hyderabad University.

Admission process was obviously through CUET.As iam a physics student,during my preparation,I used to focus more upon physics chemistry and maths since the PCM is percentile is considered.For getting a seat in this university,One needs to score nearly 95 percentile in CUET in the above mentioned subjects.I did not avail any reservations.Seat allotment process is different for different categories

If you are from general category you have to secure 60% in your graduation and you have to paas CUET exam that is conducted by NTA the cutoff in 2023 is around 190/400 for general category and little low for others category students, if you are sc, st or OBC student you can get reservations benefit there , admission process are so good you can get same day hostel in university that I like the most.

After one appears for CUET PG entrance, admission notification will be released by University. One has to apply there. After that councelling list would be released by University. If your name is shortlisted then you need to appear here for offline councelling and documents verification. Cut off varies. Last time it was around 230/400 for general category.
Likes
- The campus is so nature friendly that everyone will love it. There are lot of rocks, lakes, open air spaces to chill and it makes this campus more interesting.
- The academics here is very strict and therefore provides you with lot of opportunities to explore the subject. Especially, for research this university is the best.
Dislikes
- The mess food. It's mostly south indian and therefore very difficult for a north indian guy to manage. But once you manage it will be alright.
- The lack of public transport in the city. Everybody has to depend on Ola Uber if they want to go out of the campus.
Admission:
One has to complete a master's in social sciences with 55% marks. It's all through CUET now. All the reservation policies are strictly implemented. Every four months. It can be smoother. Like they can introduce an offline system.

The admission is through CUET PG exam. The course eligibility is a bachelors from any subject. The exam difficulty level in medium to high.The exam frequency is once a year. Although I think the universities should be given more autonomy in taking entrance exams

- Hcu have one of the best departments and professors. The Department of sociology is ranked in top 500 in the world in 2023.
- Hcu also has some national and international conferences. The campus is filled with students from various diversity and culture

- The political Space is very influential and strong compared to other state universities.

Admission to HCU for undergraduate courses and Postgraduate courses is only through the CUET exam conducted by the NTA every year. The exam is conducted every year and the application fee varies from 700 to 2000 rupees. The difficulty of examination is not so tough but the competition between students is very high. The reservation is all done in the procedure made in the constitution and follows the government of India. The exam is computer-based and written. The time of exam is for 1hour.

- Uoh is a green campus with 2500 acres. The quality of infrastructure is very good, including campus amenities and learning facilities.
- The campus has a health centre, yoga centre, jim separately for women if needed. Campus provides bus services around the campus. All these services are totally free.

- In hostels two person are occupied in one room. This ciuld be changed and a person can have room should be allowed.
- Intoxicants is easily around the campus such as weed, alcohol etc.

Eligibility of course was general test scire in CUET exam. After the result of cuet, a window will be open for IMA admissions in uoh portal. Through the site, the date of admission and everything provided. Only the students who has applied uoh in cuet application will be able to submit an application.
