Bachelor of Language at JNU

Likes

The infrastructure of the University is excellent.
The course structure and way teaching is superb.
The students and the whole environment of university is very harmonious and perfect to learn and explore.

Dislikes

Sometime students indulge in heinous activities over political differences

Admission:

I applied in Delhi University for Bachelor of Management studies got Aryabhatta college as it was mistakenly my first preference, I had enough marks to get admission into a better college compared to Aryabhatta college for BMS, So I left that. Than I applied in Jawaharlal Nehru University for BA Hons French as it seemed very interesting course. And compared to Aryabhatta college, JNU was very cheap, had hostel and very other facilities like 24*7 library, college life. The fee for Aryabhatta college was 27000 I guess and 268 for JNU. I aplied in these two universities only , luckily scored good so I didn't have to wait for second list. The admission for JNU was also very smooth, You have to fill the application form online after cuet result(Generally 85-90% is safe score), it cost around 250 rupees, then after result , you have to visit university with your documents like 10th,12th marksheet, Aadhar card, migration certificate, character certificate and within one day you will get your admission process done. You'll be allocated with your hostel and ID card, library slip then and there.

Jnu is like a myth u understand better when u come in jnu

Geo News not about the BTech courses it's more about the language and other courses you interested in UPSC this is heaven
Most of the guys in the bachelors or any courses in the genuine preferred to do a masters over the job
Freedom in the Jnu is you can go outside anytime come anytime inside the hostel is coedn at all no restriction for girls and boys

Dislikes

The facilities in Jnu is not that much good for all the technical branches and the theme of the colleges is not suitable for the technical courses
The BTech guys which are giving the most fees among the all courses are still in the dormitory and the most of the domalies are like too much bad quality
The architecture and the design of the colleges too much old stills arrival but it's not but to the standards of the NIT

Admission:

What I think goes like a JNU is located in Delhi it's having the better for better burn value then all other planet triple it is an all and I am getting CSE branch so I think there is more good things Delhi is to the NCR is there the computer science branch is there but I was wrong it's not like that the placement in scenario in the Jnu is not good here I think I have to choose NIT Bhopal mechanical I score like got it around 35k rank in JEE mains

The best campus

Likes

Good campus life. We having freedom to rome all around the campus 24*7.
The behaviour and cooperation of my seniors are so good.
In my centre the number of girls are doubled to boys.

Dislikes

The buildings are very far, so we have to walk very much.

Admission:

I chose this college over other because of very less fee that's some of 200 rs approx and this university having nirf 2 which also make a great change from others. Admission process is first you've to clear cuet then apply for councelling on jnu portal then check result, if you clear the cutoff that you will get the admission letter and the date of admission and on that day you come with the given document in the list and you will get the admission.

JNU : heaven for students

Likes

Attendance is not an issue at least in my centre.
Professors are very good and cooperative they are very sweet as far as I know
JNU has so much variety different academic and cultural program takes place here.

Dislikes

In bachelors it only have foreign languages
Convocation doesn't happen in bachelors and masters.
In the gate there is very less security compared to IIT it's worse

Admission:

I got admission in JNU, BHU and BBAU , AKTU and AU in BA , B.com , B.Tech , B.sc respectively but I chose JNU because of the low fees and hostel availability and the faculty and the campus life program and many more things in short I'm loving JNU.

Review of Jawaharlal Nehru University

Faculty is really appreciatable and really helpful for all students they are really appreciable and help us in every situation in our courses faculty is really knowledgable and came from different part of the country and also different countries
Campus our campus is really huge and beautiful with full of greenary in our campus our campus is providing mamy opportunities and games which students can play and can stress free from the studies campus provide many clubs and sports opportunities
Placement is one the reason why students should take admission in JNU placement come every semester and provide lots of opportunity and jobs for students with high pakage in our course lowest pakage is 8lakh per annum placement are really great

Admission:

I applied for delhi University but it's free. Structure is quite high as compares to JNU.Jnu is affordable for students and provide huge campus with lots of opportunity and placements. I didn't get rejected from Delhi University I choose jnu The admission procedure is easy we have at least 45% in 12th and pass cuet exam and score good in english and gt exams Cutoff I'm out course is really high but after some rounds students and achive to get admission in Jawaharlal Nehru University

Review of JNU

faculty of jnu is really good our professors were really great and came from different parts of the country and also from different countries they are highly educated and very well known as well
Infrastructure of our college is really appreciated it's really huge and clean with do many clubs grounds auditorium everything and our campus is full of greenary with very pretty views and clean campus
Placement cell in our department is really appreciated as well they provided so many job opportunities with MNCs and also well known companies like Google amazon etc .They provide high skill jobs and opportunities

Before jnu i applied for DU I got my admission both in JNU and DU but i choose jnu because as compared to other colleges jnu is affordable meanwhile the other colleges are really expensive. I didn't reject from other colleges I leave the college on my own decision because jnu is affordable while other colleges fee structure is quite expensive In my college the admission procedure is we need alleast 45% in 12 and score well in cuet in GT and English cut-off in my department is really high but I'll manage to get it Even if I didn't make for JNU I'll drop the year and prepare well again for JNU

Life of a student in JNU

Likes

Natural environment spread across over 1000 acres provides fresh air, loving nature towards every living being.
The boys is to girls ratio is comparatively very good. Which makes it very convenient for social interaction.
The academic faculty us very good. As professor being the alumni of the Institute makes it easy for interaction.

Dislikes

There is not much i have disliked. But there is not much of sports culture in college.

Admission:

The reason to choose the college over others was its NIRF ranking. It provides a good environment for social interaction. As the ratio of boys to girls is good. As i wanted to pursue my career in BA hons in foreign language. The university is best among all the others in the nation. I got selection in BHU. I chose the college over others due to its ranking. Admission process is very smooth.

Best university JNU

Likes

I like the campus environment and the equality between girls and boys and the environment for girls is very favourable. I feel that it is the safest placebin delhi for girls
And second most thing i like about the education environment of the JNU . Teachers are the very good and they also teach us in every aspect they interact every student in the class
Third thing i like about the seniors. Seniors are very supportive there are no thing of ragging

Dislikes

There are nothing that I don't know like about JNU
But I can say that environment of the JNU and pollution is very harsh
Again jnu is perfect I can't talk against jnu

Admission:

In the ranking jnu is in second rank this is the best of the college in the whole india so I chose jnu . So much famous allumni like jay shankar prasad nirmala seeta raman and so on studied form here this attracts so much.

the first thing that i like about this college is that the college does not have forest rather the forest has this college in it which provide a fresh air in this polluted city delhi with an aqi of more than 250.
second thing is that , that the stuents here are very much free to take entry and exit to college .it is nit like other colleges which have restriction even on entry and exit
third thing is that , that environment of jnu is very much safe for not only boys but fro girls as well and also the campus has a health center which have 2 ambulances active 24*7 for service even in a headache ,so the health facilities are good here

Dislikes

the infrastructure of some hostels is very poor and even the walls of some hostels can collapse any time and the irony is that the administratioin is not even paying attention on that
i agree that jnu is 2nd top university of india according to nirf but the some students here are not even serious for environment ,they threw garbages here and this thing i hate the most and also admin have not installed dustbin in many places
the food taste here is not very much good and the hostels and dhabas here required a lot of improvement to fix the taste of food

Admission:

I choose this college over others because it has students from differents parts of not only India but also from forign countries which gave me chance to interact with different studnets from the various cities , states which eventually give me a thought process to think differently in different conditions and also improve improve my commuinication skills and there is also an another reason for opting this college is that it has a nominal fee and also it is very economical for students . The fees structure of this college is far better than other colleges i have applied and the enviornment of this particular university is way more better than the others . To get admission in this collge we have to first appear in the the exam named CUET conducted by NTA in which we have to write two papers one is ENGLISH and another of GENERAL TEST after that you have to fill the university form and after being selected you have to come for physical verification and docmentation process and then after a couple of days you can start your journey here .

the life of student in JNU

here i like the fee structure that obviously attract students belonging to lower sections of society and the infra inside campus acedemic buildings is quite good
the dhabas present inside the campus are also very economical and one can easily live here and they should try to improve the taste and also the kind of interaction we get on dhabas is incredible here we get to talk with our senoirs
the scenery inside jnu is aslo very beautiful and is very less polluted and have fresh air compairing to delhi outside jnu

Dislikes

the food provided in hostel mess is not very teasty and sometimes it feels like i can't even take a single bite of that food . here i feel that the mess food is just for survival only not to satiate the appetite
the drainage system here is not that much developed and sometimes passing nearby it can cause you vomit
my hostel lohit is currently facing water scarcity and the water for bathing also sometime smells and even cause to hairfall also

Admission:

i choose this college because the fess was very niminal and living in delhi with such low fees is the main attracting factor for me .. i have applied for this collge only this time but last year i was in DU and the infrastructure there was quite better then JNU... the admission process here is very easy because when we came here for physical verifcation we get our seniors ready to help and the process is also not very complex
