The Quality of education at delhi university ( syllabus is deeply rooted).
The educational qualifications of professors.
The internship programmes of Delhi university.
Dislikes
The laziness and effortless education given by some professors of delhi university.
Lack of knowledge in English ( some professors ).
Strict attendance issues for students. Students with less attendance are detained from writing exams. They even won't admit students with health reasons.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm a political science UG student and i wish to pursue a career in international relations. Apart from this bookish knowledge, teachers need to encourage students to impart practical knowledge and gain experience for a better future of the youth. Nowadays Delhi university is giving enough time to prepare for the exams, Eventhough each semester will be over within a period of three and a half month. It's a burden for US!!!. The course curriculum needs to involve more practical knowledge other than theory knowledge. Studying this curriculum is anyway helpful for students for our future plans.
I liked the faculty of the department at Bharati College.
The library is a go-to place if you're keenly interested in reading.
The infrastructure of the new building is good
Dislikes
The canteen of our college is not very exceptional
The non hygienic conditions of the washroom
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose political science honours and all of our faculties are well-educated and have experience in teaching qualifications. We have six semesters in total, two semesters per year after every six months!
College is good, facilities and library also have a standard here. Many opportunities are provided.
Many societies are there which helps us for the development of our skills.
We will get internships from our college.
Dislikes
Some faculties are bad, they're so lazy to take class.
Lots of assignment are given which make our semesters burden.
Semesters are too short. We are not getting enough time to explore our college life.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because of the interest I have in this subject. And also I'm a civil service aspirant. So I thought studying the course in which we have an interest would help me improve my studies and preparation for the Civil service exam. The faculty in my college is average, facilities are good.
The curriculum is updated and as good. The faculty has great experience and are always available for helping the students whenever needed. It is a girl's college but the students came from different states of India hence the diversity is great.
After completing 5th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. As i am student of 2nd year I don't have more knowlege about it. After getting degree I'll try for placement . After completing graduation from Bharati college students are able to grasp many opportunities in future as they learn many things in college and in our college there is learn for earn opportunity for students. Students gets certificate in many Activities of college by which they get help In getting employment after college completion.
Last year of our course students is eligible for placement. Companies like Delhi NCR company, Techno Tech, Decathlon, Economic Times and so many more companies visit our college. Approx 60-75% get placement. The maximum salary has gone 4 lakhs and the average has gone 1.2 lakhs. My plan after getting the degree is to prepare for UPSC.
It was a government University also, heard good about it. But it's not coed and that's a setback for sure. Because exposure opportunity are not very much available. But the campus is better than most of other girls college of Delhi University
