The college has an experiienced and supportive faculty, with great teachers who ensure attractive and engaging classes.
There are various scholarship provided to meritorious students every year, so u can avail the benefits of it by meeting it's eligibility criteria.

Dislikes

I took cuet and cut for my course varied based on different combinations and categories also admission through cuet is very haptic it's a very long process a simple mistake can ruin your whole admission process
I also disliked the administration block of my college because they do every in a very gradual manner. many time main members go on leave.
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any sports quota for volleyball

College life at DU

Likes

One of the things i like is good societies
Our college has good campus and infrastructure
Our college has good library facilities , large number of books are available

Dislikes

I don't find the faculty that much excellent
The canteen food is really bad also not Heigenic
All i can say is overall this college is good

Placement Experience:

From the last semester students become eligible fir campus placements. The highest package offered in our college is 40L.P.A and average package is 10L.P.A Almost 70% of the students get placements in our college

I really liked the diversity and exposure

Dislikes

The time we get in a semester is around 4 months but it supposed to be 6 months

Course Curriculum Overview:

Particularly for my course the curriculum is well derived and it has provided us with various theoryyas well as practical subjects knowledge. The exam takes place in around every 4-5 months and the difficulty level is moderate.

Campus life and placements in KMC, DU

Likes

I really liked the placement cell and the faculty which KMC provided me.
I also liked the sports infrastructure in the college. Played volleyball and football.
I liked the crowd of KMC as you get exposure and different opportunities there.

Dislikes

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any sports quota for volleyball
I also didn't like the fact that there was no coach for volleyball and the coach for football is same as of the hockey team.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The highest package I my batch was of 22 LPA, and the average package was of 4-5 LPA. Students are eligible for placements from the 5th semester. Companies like the Big 4, Bain, Accenture ICICI Bank visit for placements regularly.

KiroriMal college- The college Life

Likes

The admission process was hassle free. The teaching faculty is really good and cooperative. The campus has a ground and along with it, there is full functioning library for students to issue books and to do self study.
The canteen is neat and tidy and has reasonable prices. The campus is open and has a big ground for sports like football, cricket and volleyball. The classes are well ventilated and big in size.
The societies in the college are very active. KMC has more than 10 societies active in different fields. The placement cell is very active and brings lots of job and internship opportunities for students.

Dislikes

There weren't much cultural fests organized. The transparency in the selection of position of responsibility is less.

College society and the working culture of college society and the diversity of society
Lenient attendance so we can focus on our exams and gaining skills and work experience
The diverse crowd from all over the India and diverse ideology

There is always some construction is going on
Few faculty members do not teach that well according to a prestigious University
The placement cell for not bringing the good opportunities for the students

Many big companies like big 4 and MBB and Accenture and other Tier 1 and 2 companies come for the college placement with the average placement package 8.5 lakhs, many internship opportunity that the college provide by the placement cells is great few internships are not up to Mark for the students

Kirorimal college - Deep insights.

Likes

The faculty is really nice and they r super supportive.
The infrastructure is also really good .
Society culture that helps fosters community learning.

Dislikes

There is no auditorium in the college so conducting session is pretty hard.
There is no air conditioner facility so it becomes hard to survive in summer.

Placement Experience:

Students after 5th semester become eligible for campus placement. The companies that visit are Zomato , swiggy , Ernst and young, PWC, Deloitte among others. The highest package provided was 51 lakhs p.a.

My course is very fine and easy as compared to other courses of DU like eco hons, maths hons. We have less tasks to do than these courses.Moreover commerce field is very relevant in today's world. This is among the few course which gives you placement after your graduation

KMC- The Aura

Likes

The overall environment of the college is pretty good and the attendance is also very lenient making it helpful for students to work on their passion side by side. The DU society culture is also good comparatively.

Dislikes

ACs in the classroom doesn't work sometimes making it difficult to concentrate in the class at the same time

Placement Experience:

The placements in KMC are pretty good. You get a wide number of opportunities and you can choose accordingly. People interested in Finance get great opportunities with wide options according to me, but marketing is something that the placement cells needs to focus on more and bring in opportunities related to it.

Kirori Mal College: My Alma mater

Exposure of various college societies like Enactus, Cise.
Good library with all facilities like wifi, modern sitting space, ac etc.
Great Alumuni network of the college helps a lot

Dislikes

Canteen as the prices are very high and food quality not upto standards
Old seating benches for the classroom and benches are broken
During summers there are only fans in classroom and very few roomd have ac installed in it.

Placement Experience:

From the end of 4th sem onwards one can sit for placements. The conditions are that one has to score atleast 6 cgpa and no backlogs. HIghest package on campus is around 21 lpa from de shaw this session and average aroubd 8 lpa. All major companies visit the campus for placemts like de shaw,deloitte, bajaj capital, icici, godrej, kpmg etc .

Kirori Mal College: Exceeding expectation

Likes

There are Many clubs in college one can join to upskill and gain exposure
Teachers are lenient in terms of internal marks, attendance etc.
You get to participate in various case competitions and events

Dislikes

Canteen, neighbouring college more variety and that too at low cost.
Old benches in most classroom of college
there are only 10 classroom with ac , In summers it becomes very difficult to attend classes from scroching heat of delhi

Placement Experience:

At the end of 4th sem companies visit the campus for placements and you need at least 6 cgpa with no backlogs to sit for placements. All top companies like kpmg, bajaj, icici , nation with namo, de shaw etc visit campus for placemts offer as high as 20lpa for b com and bcom hons student. last year 188 offers were made. The average package was 8 lpa plus.
