I always wanted to pursue my undergraduate in mathematics, and Kirori Mal College is a great place for people like me, primarily because of the legacy, faculty, opportunities, and exposure. The admission process is fairly simple, and you just need to perform well in the CUET-UG exam.

My third prefence was this Kirori Mal college For the admission we have to apply for the college and have to freeze the option given when college were allocated in the counsiling session. Getting into DU college you have to take cuet exam. And the you will get the college according to the cutoff of that course in that college. For that you first have to make the preference list of the colleges you want to take admission. There are three rounds of the admission and you can also upgrade the college i lf you don't want to get admission in the alloted college. But you can only get the other college if you have cleared the cutoff of that college of that specific course that you want to pursue

St Stephens as for BSc it is arguably one of the best colleges of DU. The cut-off was just missed by some points or else, i would have been there. College wise we are also among the best and to get admissions here, CUET (UG) and then once the results are out, CSAS portal is where i registered. I booked my seat through there and locked ut before it was gone. Yes, sometimes we miss out on our favourite college due to that but it is inevitable to lock that on time as well.

Here stating some points on how you could get admission to Kirori Mal College.

  • Admission in undergraduate courses will be merit-based. This will be released by the college or DU website.
  • Fill the application form of Delhi University which is usually released after the CBSE exam or after the announcement of the results.
  • After filling the form, one month later the university will release the cut-offs. If you meet the necessary criteria, you will be able to apply for Kirori Mal College (KMC).

Can I get admission in Kirori Mal College for political science hons if my best of four is 96.25?

Anil Tigga
Abhilasha RoyB.A(H) Pol. Science from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University

According to my friends from Kirori Mal College, with a percentage of 96.25, you will have a decent chance of getting admission in Political Science (Hons). However, it also depends on your caste.

In 2021, the required cutoff for Political Science (Hons) was 98.75-99.25 for the General category. With your course, you can expect to get into tier 2 colleges like KMC, Venky, SGTB Khalsa, Ramjas, Gargi, JMC, etc.
