- The faculty of all the arts , science and commerce courses is among the best in DU.
- If someone has a passion for Geography like me, KMC is the best place for him/her.

- I found the quality of water to pathetic and poor in our college

- KMC has top societies culture especially such as Enactus, Musoc, Players and NCC to name a few.
- Our of all the North Campus colleges, KMC is the only one that has an international styled Gymnasium.

- Well, a little bit of politics which is a core part of North Campus is actually hampering students from doing things of their own.
Placement Experience:
At KMC it's during the placement day which is organised for mass placements activities for the final year students. DE Shaw has now become our top recruiter with hiring nearly 40 students out of 120 from our course. Rest are hired by HDFC Bank, Indusind Bank and Aditya Birla Life Insurance to name a few.

- The best set of students are available at KMC as most students who study here are school toppers.
- KMC has given bollywood stars like Kabir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan among others.
Dislikes
- At KMC one is absorbed by the pressure of studies.
Placement Experience:
Hdfc Bank,E&Y, Accenture and various other companies wants economist as their consultants. Ofcourse students of our course are offered junior consultant roles but being a consultant in such firms itself is a novelty. KMC helps in providing placements and that too to most as students can easily roam inside the campus without signs of worry of placements.

- Faculty members are so supportive and encouraging. They not only act as a teacher but also guide as a mentor regarding any issues whether it is academic or other .
- Diversity is another factor that I liked . Students from various parts of country come to study there .
Dislikes
- Sports facilities are good but there is scope for improvement in that . Sports equipments cam be increased with better quality.
Placement Experience:
The placement cell in the college helps the students to find internships and placements.The highest package offered at Kirori Mal College (KMC) has recently reached around INR 30-35 lakhs per annum, typically for roles in fields like consulting, finance, and data analysis. However, placement packages vary widely across departments, with the average package generally ranging from INR 6-10 lakhs per annum.

- Diversity of courses. I like how there are various courses from all fields such as commerce, humanities. Sciences and mathematics as well.
- Faculty, faculty members are well educated and qualified. Teaching ad well as non teaching staff is great.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure can be better, the area of the college is a little smaller than other colleges of north campus . Facilities can be better
- Lack of common space, not much area for hanging out with friends .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is pretty relevant as there are 3 core subjects and 4 other subjects as language, EVS, skill course, value addition course, General elective course for continuing your minor degree. Teaching method is different for all teachers some use ppts, some uses examples, some are descriptive . Tests happens on a regular interval , internals happens in mid semesters and presentations are also a part of internals.

- I also liked the washrooms facility is good for women

- I don't like the administrative department they're workthief
- If you need any approval from college for any purpose then you need to go through a lot of drama

I was keenly interested in chemistry that's why I prefer that course but until unless you don't want to pursue your career in that particular course please don't choose that It'll cause a lot of time waste to you No placement opportunities will be there So be careful while choosing

- First thing that I liked about my college is their strong alumni network including Amitabh Bachchan, Divyendu Sharma, Shakti Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, etc
- My engagement with campus life and the quality of social interactions is very good. The seniors are very helpful. Also,various societies and clubs such as Avenues-the placement cell,Kartavya-the civil services society, etc provides best interaction.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college is not very up to mark. It looks good from outside but from inside it is very old. The fans are very slow and Ac's are not in every class.
- Also, the construction work is ongoing in the college that is also the thing that I disliked. The auditorium is very small. The canteen price is ok but their service is not.
Placement Experience:
College offers placements in the 3rd year. The placement cell of Kirori Mal College helps students getting placed in their dream companies.But their is no placement for the IT sector. Placement is for other courses like Bcom and others. Basically students prefer higher studies for good package because ug packages is not that up to mark. My plans is to get into higher studies and than get placed .

- The professor are supporting, cooperative and generous with great exposure in various departments across the globe
- College Campus was neat and clean with proper time to time cleaning and mopping of floors
Dislikes
- Regular construction and path blockage was a serious problem those days (2023)
- The entry exit from kamla nagar gate was very limited and students had to protest for opening of that gate
Placement Experience:
Placement is only provided to few selected courses B.com hons. , Economics hons. , statistics hons. , and science backgrounds there were limited options for the humanities students until they have any specialised degree, course or qualification

- Attention should be paid to to the problems caused by politics in the college and AC should be installed in the college classrooms. Also, some changes should be made in the timings of the colleges.
- The campus life is amazing and the social interaction of almost every student here is excellent.
Dislikes
- In the college, placement is provided especially to the commerce student. Apart from this, Bachelor of Arts or Science student get very few placements.
- The infrastructure of the college is excellent but KMC College is need some renovation. Apart from this, the learning facility here is also very good, which includes a large library.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I like my course because from the beginning I had to study Political Science under Bachelor of Arts. Also, this course is taught very well in the college but if some changes are made in it like language and selection of the right professor then it will be even better. Also, the exams in the college are held on time but the difficulty level is also different.

- The thing I liked the most was the atmosphere of the college.
- The teachers teaching students are very knowledgeable.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the students behave very rudely
- The guards may bother you unnecessarily. So take care of that
Course Curriculum Overview:
The syllabus and curriculum is up to date and the teachers teach accordingly. Along with theory we also undertake practicals which improves our understanding of the subject. The course is also enriched with manyyy field trips.

- The washrooms are bit on dirty side and old
- The classrooms need to be renovated with latest furniture
Placement Experience:
The placement of kirori mal college in commerce are one of the best.the placement cell of college Avenues is one of the best cell and it is active throughout the year. The college provides placement to almost all the students and the average package is 6 LPA
