Dislikes

I took cuet and cut for my course varied based on different combinations and categories also admission through cuet is very haptic it's a very long process a simple mistake can ruin your whole admission process
I also disliked the administration block of my college because they do every in a very gradual manner. many time main members go on leave.
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any sports quota for volleyball

The infrastructure of our college is very nice there are supportive teachers and administration
The crowd is diverse and also knowledgeable which provides us the various study on different topics
The college is overall very nice and I liked it a lot this is the ideal college

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is known as chemistry Hons in general. So basically it is a Hons course it provides detail study about the chemistry subject also this course is very practical aiding help to students who are practical learners this course also gives better futuristic opportunities and is a very interesting course also this course provides future placement opportunities

Average Discipline among students and teachers
Lowest fees among the all north campus colleges
Gym facility is free for all the students & staff members

Dislikes

Not adequate infrastructure as per its NIRF ranking
Sometimes College Administration is quite ignorant to the students issues
There are lot of Mobile Theft cases during examinations and the college administration doesn't take responsibility at all

Fun with more future opportunities - Kirorimal college

Likes

The things I liked the most about my college is that the teachers are very responsible and hearty . They are too very supportive and guiding also the infrastructure and framework of college administration is student friendly
The crowd of the college is knowledgeable and provides you with greater diversity and interaction
This college also provides better connectivity to important areas of delhi

Dislikes

The classrooms don't have air conditioning and the boards are also chalk boards

My course is a honours courses so it provides complete deep study about Mathematics and also enhances the aptitude and solving capacity of the student besides it also provides the placement opportunities . There are no such areas of improving required now . The teachers are doing really very great

Excellent faculty and accesibility ... Teachers and professors taht atleast i have studied from or jave contacted are very helpful and knowledgeble
The girls to boys ratio in our clg is farily decent... Especially in my course BA program
Clg provides wide range of opprtunities through not only a expansive coursee they offer but also through other societies

Dislikes

Small and improper infrastucture.... The campus is v small as compared to the likes of hindu and stephens

The curriculum is v good and is comptehensive and covers most if the aspects and my course prepares me well to write up future gov exam I'll take and also my personal interest in the history has been very well cultivated.... The only improvement suggestion i can think of is more field trips to see these things for ourselves

The reality check

Likes

Nice crowd and decent canteen , however the menu is short but the food is affordable .
Well connected transportation like metro
Nice environment with diff societies that suits your interest

Dislikes

The infrastructure is very bad as compared to the other colleges in the north campus
There is only one canteen in the college which provides less options
There is no ac,s in classes and even the fans are old

I,ve heard that in english hons there are many opportunities for the placements and i wanna learn english not as a language but as a subject. The curriculum is nice with many epic , poetry , comedy , tragedy and dramas . The course can be improved if we read literature of the same time frame rather than studying one thing from 1600 and other from 1800

story of the campus

Likes

faculty- the faculty of kirori mal college is exceptionally good in terms of understanding, communicating and their friendly behaviour.
social culture- there are students from all over the world in the college campus which communicate with each other and develop a strong connection.
college events- the college events of kirori mal college are very happening and engaging, people have fun in all the events.

Dislikes

library- the library of kirori mal college is not as i expected from the college, the books are out dated and are very old.
sports ground- the sports ground of the college is not well mentained and not take cared of.
parking- the parking in kirori mal college for the students are only of two wheeler and have very minimum space.

Placement Experience:

only the sixth and eight semester students of the college get the chance to sit in the college placements sesions, almost every big company comes to place the students in their company in the various fields of management and technical domains,

The faculty of the college is very good. Well experienced and knowledge teachers are there
The placement of the college is also very good, the highest package in 2024 was 28,00,0000 per annum
The library of college, a new building has been constructed as a library

Dislikes

Infrastructure of college should be more good, the capacity of room.is very small
Cameras should be there in college, for protection purpose
Wifi doesn't work there, not even in library. So it's difficult to study

The placement of my college is very good, lots of opportunities are given in different fields, there a a dedicated society or cell in our college known as the placement cell that provides all this opportunities, not only this they also provides internships opportunities

A comprehensive review of Kirori Mal College

Likes

The things I liked were the cooperative environment in the college along with supportive faculty.
Infrastructure and facilities like labs, library, academic auditoriums, etc.
The like minded crowd which complements your mindset.

Dislikes

Small area of the college compared to other Delhi University Colleges.
Lack of sports facilities for students playing the sports like Lawn Tennis.
Not much focus on extracurriculars in the college and no attention in incrementing skills of students.

KMC in brief

Likes

KMC is one of the most reputed colleges in Delhi University for commerce with very good placement and internship opportunities
Fests and Seminars are held regularly for the overall growth of students
Teaching staff is very qualified and supporting in every subject

Dislikes

The campus is not as big as i expected it. The campus size is quite smaller than other colleges like Ramjas, St.Stephens etc
The one this that our college is lacking is an auditorium.The work is under progress but it will be taking a lot of time in completition
Sports facilities are also not upto the mark. I am a basketball enthusiast but there is no court for basketball.Cricket facilities are also not good.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from 5th and 6th semester.Companies that visit are Dabur,Paytm ,MotherDairy etc.The highest package was of 36Lpa last year. Plan on doing MBA after my BCom completition.

My College My Life's Pride

Likes

I like the location of my college, especially the North campus.
I like the ambience and infrastructure of my college, it's one of the heritage building of Delhi University.
I like the course curriculum and its actually a broad way to give us wide knowledge.

Dislikes

College administration has to focus on security measures.
It has to focus on sanitation facilities.
College has to work for the accessibility of cleaning the campus.
