My own journey in RV college of engineering.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The amount is 50000 because I am admitted by the KCET exam with snq Kota in that 30000 i pay for the government and remaining 20000 I pay for skill lab conducted by the college. The fees for the management seat is 50 lakh for 4 year and other students who are coming through the kcet exam is 120000 under student who are coming through the comed-k is two and half lakh per year. This scholarship which I am getting this only this scholarship provided by the Government of Karnataka that is SSP amount of 20000.

Making the right choice.

The yearly fee structure varies based on the mode of addmission like SNQ,kcet,comedy etc... The scholarship opportunities also changes based on categories like SC/ST,OBC and so on. In our college the fee will go around 18 lakhs for the students who got the seat through the Kcet.

Based on the entry quota the fee is different for different students. Management quota - the fee is approximately 42 lakhs for four years. CET quota - the fee is 1lakh per year. Comedk - the fees in this quota is nearly 2.5 lakhs per year. Students can join through any of these quotas. Many scholarship programs are also provided where in 80% of the fee can be reimbursed.

Here you can get admission through 3 quotas- management quota, KCET, and through comedk. Management fees for ise branch is around 50 lakh For KCET students KEA fees will be around 97000 and then college fees 20000 , they will give information about many scholarships like the Muthoot finance scholarship and etc.

RVCE - for a better future

I got in through management quota, so the fees is 40 lakhs. But it's cheaper when you come through cet or comed-k. There are a lot of opportunities here with scholarships and internships which provides stipends and many job opportunities too.

The tuition fees is not increased much and not an issue considering the amount we pay. The complete cost would amount upto 600000 through KCET and 1200000 through COMED-K. There are internships instituted in the third year, a student can make use of it and earn well and gain some experience too

Fees for Comedk student is around 2.5 lakh per month, Kcet student is 1 lakh per month, and management student is around 35 lakh for ISE branch. Campus employmenet opportunities is great at RV, especially for Computer Science related branches, lot of company do visit the campus for placement opportunities at the college.

The tuition fee depends on how you get into the college. For CET-SNQ GM category the fees is 31110 prescribed by the government and 20k for skill labs but for CET GM and Comedk the fee varies anywhere between 90k to 2 lak and management seats are very costly. Scholarships are also available such as SSP FFE and etc.

All about R V College of Engineering

About academic part , from the first yr they focus on project presentations so they add Experience learning as a part of curriculum. Which really help us to get the environment of industry. Also college took us to the different industrial visits.

In RV there are 3 mode of taking admission, First Kcet for Karnataka students Second COMEDK for other states students and Karnataka also Third Management Quota. So all have different rules and policies. I am from COMEDK so I can tell you about this Our fee will not increase 2.5 lakhs for whole 4 year as I have Bonafide certificate and college fee structure which clearly mentioned it . Same for hostel fees also . My complete cost of education is about 16 lakhs(tution fee+ Hostel fee) and about 1 lakh on travelling and other expenses. Mainly scholarship are provided to the Karnataka backward students, not for us . Campus provide internship, you have to crack good internship to get better stipend. Many companies like Microsoft, Sap , etc come from 4th sem for CSE , ISE students . And for campus placement from 6th Sem . Teachers and Placement cell organize their training and development. Job roles like SDE , web dev ,Data consultant and many more
